Nowadays,with the tobacco companies of industrial production automation level of progress,enterprises have been expanding and increasing production of tobacco products,the tobacco companies the load of sewage treatment continues to increase,more obvious problem of high energy consumption of sewage treatment day.Use reasonable sewage treatment process and advanced control methods,and further implement the tobacco business energy conservation and consumption reduction of sewage treatment,is the issue of tobacco companies had to face.In this paper,cigarette factory industrial wastewater treatment and reuse BAF control system for the study,first introduced the BAF type sewage treatment and water reuse process principles,namely the use of advanced biochemical technology,hydrolysis acidification tank and aeration filter as the main body,industrial wastewater treatment of tobacco;and then processes the various process equipment,energy consumption was analyzed and compared to find ways to achieve energy saving;This paper analyzes the cigarette wastewater treatment process specific energy consumption status and the proportion of each process,and then based on energy consumption,targeted energy saving optimization propose the corresponding control methods and strategies.Are specifically described the theoretical basis of the method of parameter adjustment and other process control methods,simulation and field test,and optimize the operation of the cigarette waste water treatment and energy-saving devices play a good effect.according to tobacco production requirements,the type of operating methods and equipment,carried out hardware selection and design of sewage treatment automatic control of the control system,according to the design requirements for selected Siemens S7-300 series PLC,and details S7-300 series PLC various input / output module features,explained the use of S7-300 Series communication modules perform the entire control system to establish network connections Profinet based network,and the network systems to protect ground and ground the shield has been described;the system uses a distributed network control,the use of fiber optic Ethernet ring network layer between the monitoring operation and operation control layer connection,and is connected to energy management and control system;the use of layers between field devices and computing control layer common industrial fieldbus technology,completed the connected devices and data communication with a remote I / O,to achieve centralized monitoring of field devices.The cigarette waste automated monitoring and control systems compared with traditional control methods,a high degree of automation,and seamless connectivity with plant energy management and control system,played a energy saving effect,there is a certain value.
