The implementation of natural gas energy pricing is an important industrial reform measure in China,and the development of energy measurement and prediction methods for complex pipeline networks is a key problem to be solved.The simulation technology can reasonably predict the operation data of natural gas pipe network system under different working conditions.However,the current domestic simulation software lacks the function of component simulation and calorific value assignment of natural gas.Based on the study of the simulation method of natural gas pipe network,this paper puts forward the specific method of calorific value assignment of multi-source mixed transmission pipe network,and carries out software development combined with urban high pressure pipeline network.Firstly,the mathematical model of isothermal steady-state simulation of natural gas pipe network is established,which is solved by the node equation method.Secondly,the non-isothermal dynamic simulation of natural gas pipeline network is studied.According to the change of natural gas temperament inside the pipeline and the change of pipeline boundary conditions,a dynamic gas source tracking algorithm is proposed.The implicit difference method is used to solve the coupling equation between the algorithm and the non-isothermal dynamic model,so as to realize the dynamic simulation of gas quality and calorific value of the mixed transmission node in the multi-source pipe network.Finally,combined with the actual operation data,the isothermal steady-state simulation and nonisothermal dynamic simulation are summarized and analyzed.According to the simulation error of node pressure and calorific value,the simulation method with higher accuracy is selected as the support algorithm of calorific value assignment software for multi-source pipe network.The calorific value assignment software of multi-source natural gas pipe network is written by Visual C sharp for urban pipeline network.The software can calculate the node pressure which is difficult to measure when the complex pipe network is running,and the error between the calculated results and the measured data is less than 3.00 %.At the same time,the dynamic component parameters of natural gas after multi-source mixing can be calculated.The error between the calculated natural gas calorific value and the measured results is within 0.36 %,and the software simulation results can meet the needs of engineering measurement.In this paper,the steady-state and dynamic simulation of urban multi-source pipe network is realized through the research on the calorific value assignment technology of pipe network.The developed software can provide technical support for the monitoring,management and integrated construction of the pipeline network,effectively reduce the installation number of pipeline network measurement equipment,improve the management and control level of the pipeline network,and promote the formation of the natural gas trade market denominated by energy measurement.
