During the storage and production of petroleum and its products,due to the limitations of process technology and equipment,some light components will inevitably evaporate into the gas space and escape into the atmosphere through the breather valve,resulting in oil loss,environmental pollution and even safety accident.In this research,the process of oil evaporation loss is explored,the amount of oil evaporation loss under different working conditions is determined,and the theoretical basis for taking measures to reduce evaporation loss is provided.In addition,the diffusion law of oil vapor molecules in the atmosphere is explored,the oil vapor concentration distribution in the tank area is determined,and the guidance for identifying dangerous areas with high concentration of oil vapor in oil depot is provided.Through the investigation of oil evaporation loss and oil vapor leakage diffusion,the application method of the latest virtual reality technology is mastered,and the calculation model of oil evaporation loss and simulation model of oil vapor leakage diffusion are optimized.For the calculation of oil evaporation loss,Varyovsky Chernikin formula,Constantinov formula and API theoretical formula are selected.And the calculation results of the three models have little error with the actual loss.For simulation of oil vapor leakage diffusion,the advantages and disadvantages,applicability and calculation accuracy of various gas diffusion models are analyzed,random walk model and Gaussian model are selected.The random walk model is used to simulate the dynamic process of oil vapor molecular diffusion.According to the representation of the dynamic wind field of the random walk model,the Gaussian puff model is improved to simulate the oil vapor concentration distribution in the tank farm.In order to determine the evaporation loss of oil products under different working conditions and reproduce the diffusion process of oil vapor molecules in the tank farm,a set of virtual simulation software of storage tank oil evaporation loss based on VR technology is designed and developed.The calculation model of oil evaporation loss and oil vapor diffusion simulation model are determined.Integrate virtual reality technology,the software is designed through software function analysis,data flow design,function module design and development platform construction.3ds Max is used to build a threedimensional scene model,and the actual photographic pictures are used to render the model map,so as to improve the simulation and authenticity of the model.Pyqt5 is used to design the software login interface,oil evaporation loss calculation interface and threedimensional oil vapor diffusion simulation interface.For different interface controls,the signal and slot mechanism are established to realize the interaction of data and instructions.Various functions in OpenGL and OSG particle system are called to display the three-dimensional scene and simulate the dynamic diffusion process of oil vapor molecules in the scene.The codes,data and files of each module are integrated to form a set of threedimensional simulation software for tank evaporation loss calculation and oil vapor diffusion dynamic process simulation based on the real scene.Combined with the data in the case,the software is used to simulate the dynamic process of oil vapor diffusion under different working conditions,determine the oil vapor concentration distribution in the tank farm,and analyze the influence of environmental wind speed and atmospheric stability on oil vapor diffusion.The software is also used to calculate the oil evaporation loss under different working conditions.According to the calculation results of the software,the effects of parameters such as temperature and pressure on oil evaporation loss are analyzed. |
