| With the enrollment expansion of graduate students and the increasing density of scientific research laboratories,the safety management of scientific research laboratories has become one of the key safety tasks in colleges and universities.Accident investigation shows that people’s unsafe behavior is the main factor leading to laboratory accidents.In order to understand the current situation and influencing factors of safety behavior in scientific research laboratories,this paper investigates the safety management and safety behavior of chemical-related laboratories through on-site safety inspection and online questionnaire survey,and puts forward corresponding improvement strategies according to the investigation results,with a view to providing theoretical basis and data support for the safety management of chemical-related scientific research laboratories.Firstly,the safety inspection method is used to make a surprise inspection of some chemical-related scientific research laboratories in the school.The inspection results show that the environment and safety facilities of laboratory sites,chemical storage and waste disposal,and weak safety awareness of personnel are the weak links in the daily management of scientific research laboratories.According to the inspection results,some strategies are put forward,such as carrying out continuous safety education,training and publicity,implementing safety flight inspection system and implementing closed-loop management of hidden dangers.An online questionnaire survey was conducted on the status quo of character literacy,indifference to silence and safety literacy of freshmen majoring in chemical engineering.The results show that the popularity of GHS and SDS among the first-year students is low;Students with laboratory learning experience have lower scores in ignoring silence and higher scores in safety literacy.Character self-discipline is positively correlated with safety compliance and safety participation;Ignoring silence is negatively correlated with safety attitude,safety motivation,safety compliance and safety participation.According to the survey results,some promotion strategies are put forward,such as strengthening laboratory safety access,strengthening postgraduate ideological and political education and building a positive safety culture.Using structural equation modeling method,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of safety compliance of personnel in chemical-related scientific research laboratories in colleges and universities.The results show that graduate students’ scientific research self-efficacy and innovative behavior are positively correlated with deep compliance;There is a positive correlation between scientific research pressure and surface compliance.The pressure of scientific research has the greatest influence on safety compliance behavior.According to the research results,this paper puts forward some promotion strategies,such as developing targeted scientific research skills training and paying attention to students’ mental health.By using the method of questionnaire,this paper studies the institutional and experimental differences of safety behaviors of laboratory personnel involved in chemical engineering in universities,research institutes and enterprises.The results show that there are significant differences in safety cognition among laboratory personnel in different institutions and experimental types.The apparent compliance of laboratory personnel shows that colleges and universities > enterprises;Deep compliance presents environmental protection category > other categories.The apparent compliance of university and enterprise personnel is mainly influenced by scientific research pressure and safety motivation;The safety compliance and deep compliance of laboratory personnel in chemistry and chemical engineering and environmental protection are influenced by scientific research self-efficacy and safety motivation.According to the investigation results,the strategy of establishing multi-level experimental safety education and management system and implementing safety work rules adapted to the characteristics of scientific research laboratories is put forward. |
