With the high-quality development of China’s economy and the significant increase in urban population,traffic congestion has become the primary problem.To solve the problem of urban traffic congestion,major cities have started to expand the scale of urban rail transit construction.However,due to the high construction risks,technical difficulties,and complexity surrounding environment of urban rail transit construction projects,as well as immature technological development and insufficient reserve of management talents in China,the accident rate has always been high.Therefore,accurately identifying and comprehensively evaluating the risk factors that lead to accidents is beneficial for preventing accidents and promoting the safe and healthy development of urban rail transit construction.This article first uses text mining technology to identify risk factors in urban rail transit construction,and uses Python language to conduct in-depth text mining on 151 accident cases collected,resulting in 24 risk factors in urban rail transit construction.Then,based on the "4M1E" theory,it summarizes them into four categories of risks,and finally constructs a risk evaluation index system for urban rail transit construction.Effectively reduces the impact of subjectivity,making risk identification more comprehensive and objective.Secondly,FISM is used to analyze the identified risk factors,clarify the interaction relationship between various risk factors,and obtain the exact,indirect,fundamental,and main driving factors for risk generation.Subsequently,the interactive relationship between various risk factors expressed in FISM is input as the hierarchical relationship of the ANP network.With the help of super Decisions software,and through the principles of the ANP method,calculate the weight of each risk factor.Then,using the weight of risk factors as the weight coefficient of grey fixed weight clustering evaluation,the ranking of various risks and the overall risk level are obtained through the grey fixed weight clustering method,and corresponding risk prevention and control measures are proposed based on the risk level.Finally,through an engineering case,it is verified that the risk level of the project is "medium",and then reported to the actual situation.The evaluation results are basically consistent with the actual situation,verifying the effectiveness of the evaluation model,providing a novel idea for urban rail transit construction risk assessment.In addition,analysis data will be brought into the cloud platform to improve cloud platform risk management data and expand cloud platform application fields.
