Research On Integrated Management Of Urban And Rural Sanitation In Chongzhou

The integrated management of urban and rural sanitation is an important link in implementing the scientific development concept,achieving urban-rural coordination,and building a harmonious society.It is a fundamental project in the construction of new rural areas and a useful means of achieving clean and tidy village appearance.It places equal importance on urban and rural sanitation work,and through unified planning,arrangement,and management,solves the problems of lagging development of rural sanitation,garbage surrounding villages,and dirty and disorderly environment.Since the 18 th and 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,as the country has paid more attention to the construction of ecological civilization and ecological environment protection,the urban and rural living environment has been greatly improved.Under the background of adhering to the coordinated development of urban and rural areas and vigorously implementing rural revitalization,the integrated management of urban and rural sanitation has been greatly developed,and even in county-level city,it has begun to be widely implemented.Under this background,the integrated management of urban and rural sanitation has been studied,It has significant significance.This article is based on the functional scope of the Chongzhou Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau(formerly known as the Chongzhou Urban Rural Management Bureau),and takes the integrated management of urban and rural sanitation in Chongzhou City as the research object.Following the research approach of raising,analyzing,and solving problems,literature research,questionnaire survey,interview survey,and case analysis methods are used to comprehensively review the current situation and achievements of integrated management of urban and rural sanitation in Chongzhou City.Through an objective statement of the current situation and effectiveness,combined with the actual situation of Chongzhou City,the problems in the integrated management of urban and rural sanitation are pointed out,and a comprehensive analysis of the problems is conducted.Finally,practical and feasible optimization strategies are proposed.Through research,it has been found that there are problems in the integrated management of urban and rural sanitation in Chongzhou City,including the strength of integrated management,the professionalism of management teams,refined and intelligent management,integrated facility configuration,and urban and rural garbage classification management.The main reasons for the problems are insufficient attention paid by the management to the integrated management of urban and rural sanitation,a lack of awareness of refinement and intelligence,and a lag in forward-looking awareness,Low level of cooperation and participation among the general public and insufficient financial support.Finally,targeted optimization strategies are proposed from strengthening attention,improving refinement and intelligence levels,building forward-looking thinking,stimulating public participation,breaking through the bottleneck of urban and rural waste classification management,and raising funds through multiple channels.
