With the acceleration of urbanization and the rapid development of the construction industry,the number of deep foundation pit projects has also increased.The complex structure,wide scope and high construction difficulty of deep foundation pit projects affect the safety management level of the construction industry and restrict the improvement of the overall competitiveness of China’s construction industry.In view of the difficulties in safety supervision of deep foundation pit projects and other issues,this paper designs and develops a BIM-based mobile client for safety supervision of deep foundation pit projects,which integrates the design,construction and monitoring of foundation pit projects,enhances the ability of information transmission,solves the "information island" and "information fault" phenomenon caused by the non-sharing of resources,and thus improves the safety supervision ability.The system is divided into two parts: Android mobile terminal and the server terminal.The server terminal is composed of the back-end and the database,adopting C/S architecture and the SQL Server database.The main work contents are as follows:(1)Summarize the development status of BIM technology、the application status in deep foundation pit engineering and the application status in mobile platform,and propose the main research content and technical route of this paper.Combining Android development and Web View technology,derive the feasibility of building a BIM-based mobile client for deep foundation pit safety supervision,and put forward the design objectives and overall architecture with the actual;(2)Analyze the current situation of the problem of deep foundation pit project,and come up with the basic requirements of the project: use Three.js 3D rendering engine with Web GL technology,parse the target data in json format,realize the functions of zooming,rotating,profiling and building information display of BIM model in mobile terminal,and complete the human-computer interaction function(3)Build a spatio-temporal database based on SQL Server,organically combining construction progress information with the model,completing the management of project documents on the mobile terminal,and displaying construction progress simulation combined with Gantt chart to realize the application of the whole life cycle of deep foundation pit projects;(4)The information correlation of BIM technology is used to correlate with the model measuring points.The platform uses Echart.js framework to process the acquired monitoring data and form Echarts charts,such as monitoring data change curves;An early warning mechanism is set for the project to make pre-warning for the points with abnormal parameters to show the full picture of the safety risk points of foundation pit projects in the most intuitive way;(5)Taking a deep foundation pit project in a new city in Shanghai as an example,the developed mobile terminal is tested to verify the reliability and practicability of the system.The system platform parses the target data through Web GL technology to realize the visualization of BIM model;By analyzing the deformation nephogram of foundation pit support and combining with the relevant measured data,the deformation law is summarized;Combined with Gantt Chart,complete the construction simulation,realize real-time and on-site convenient supervision,improve the level of construction safety management,and provide reference for other similar projects.
