Angular contact ball bearings are important mechanical foundation,which are superior in bearing radial and axial loads.They are widely used in complex precision machinery.Angular contact ball bearings are generally used in pairs,according to the amount of bearing protrusion.Their protrusion are the distance of the same end of inner and outer ring under axial preload.The accuracy of bearing protrusion is closely related to bearing stiffness and working life of the bearings,it is the basic guarantee for the normal operation of precision machinery and the realization of intended functions.In order to achieve rapid and precise measurement of angular contact ball bearings protrusion,this thesis proposed an angular contact ball bearings protrusion measurement method and developed a measurement device.The main research contents are as follows:The relationship between bearing protrusion and axial load was obtained by shaft bearing mechanical analysis and finite element analysis.The measurement method of angular contact ball bearings protrusion was obtained,according to the angle ball bearings protrusion measurement principle and bearing mechanical analysis.The upper end of the bearing outer ring was positioned and the lower end was pneumatic clamped,and the inner ring of the bearing was loaded by gravity loading and spring loading.And their loading force was calculated.The value of the bearing center point was measured by grating displacement sensor in real time,and its average value was the amount of bearing protrusion.Based on the measurement method of angular contact ball bearings protrusion,the measuring device was developed.It mainly includes: bearing positioning and clamping module,bearing inner ring drive module,sensor measuring module.The static strain cloud diagram of gantry was obtained by finite element simulation,and the influence of frame deformation on measurement was analyzed.In order to eliminate the influence of frame deformation on measurement,the frame was installed on floating street and the bearing was measured relative.Modal analysis was conducted on the frame structure,and the results showed that the frame does not produce resonance phenomenon.The harmonic response dynamics of the measuring device was analyzed,the influence of simple harmonic vibration of the motor on the measuring device was analyzed,and the measuring device was optimized.The vibration amplitude of the sensor probe was reduced to 0.028μm.The 7008C(P4)angular contact ball bearings protrusion was measured.The protrusion of the front and back of the angular contact ball bearings were measured,and the measurement data was analyzed and processed.The measurement error of the device is less than 0.5μm,the deviation of the measured sample is less than 0.2μm.
