Intelligent machine tools have become the key equipment in the field of intelligent manufacturing.However,due to the large number of interface feedback parameters and the complex characteristics of multi system collaboration and interaction,to ensure the quality and efficiency of its processing,it is necessary to put forward higher requirements on the cognitive ability of the operator to achieve accurate operation of intelligent machine tools.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out optimization research on human-computer interaction interface of intelligent machine tools to reduce the degree of user cognitive fatigue and improve the amenity of human-computer interaction interface.Based on this,this paper takes i5M4 series intelligent CNC machine tool humancomputer interaction interface as the research object,deeply analyzes human-computer interaction tasks and user cognitive characteristics,and systematically studies the ergonomic optimization design method of intelligent machine tool human-computer interaction interface.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Aiming at the complex human-computer interaction relationship of intelligent machine tools and unclear human-computer task allocation,a human-computer task allocation model of intelligent machine tools based on hierarchical operation task analysis and ACT-R control theory is established to realize the intuitive presentation of intelligent machine tool operation tasks,clarify the human-computer interaction optimization problem of intelligent machine tools,and carry out the optimization design research of human-computer interaction interface on this basis.(2)Aiming at the complexity of interface information content and the difficulty in quantifying the importance of each module,a module importance determination method based on AHP-DEMATAL is proposed.Based on the characteristics of intelligent numerical control system,the user cognitive characteristics model of machine tool human-machine interface is constructed,the mapping relationship between user cognitive characteristics and interface design is explored,and the evaluation system of human-machine interface module importance is constructed.The AHP method is used to rank the evaluation indicators hierarchically,and the DEMATEL method is used to analyze the influence relationship between the indicators,so as to solve the problem that the module importance is difficult to quantify,and obtain the importance of intelligent machine tool human-machine interface module.(3)Aiming at the problem that the current human-computer interface parameters of intelligent machine tools are unreasonable,which leads to the slow speed of operator information acquisition,a cuckoo particle swarm optimization method for human-computer interface layout is proposed.A layout optimization model for human-computer interaction interface of intelligent machine tools based on visual perception intensity is established.Particle swarm optimization algorithm with inertia weight W is introduced into cuckoo search algorithm to solve the problem of slow convergence and easy to fall into local optimization in the later stage of the algorithm,effectively improve the quality of model solution,and realize the determination of optimal layout scheme.(4)Aiming at the problems of the existing human-computer interface evaluation methods,such as the lack of objectivity and poor stability,this paper proposes an evaluation method for human-computer interface optimization effect of intelligent machine tools based on NT-SFNS.Build a multi-dimensional comprehensive evaluation system for the human-computer interface of intelligent machine tools,reduce the adverse impact of the fuzziness of the evaluation process on the objectivity of the results based on NT-SFNS,and on this basis,compare and verify the interface layout optimization schemes based on eye movement experiments,solve the problem of subjective awareness bias in traditional subjective evaluation methods due to insufficient sample data,and realize the comprehensive and objective verification of the optimization effect of human-computer interface of intelligent machine tools.
