At present,gloves have become an indispensable part of people’s work,and the demand for glove machines is increasing.Due to the complicated mechanical structure,high labor cost and high maintenance rate,the original glove machine has been unable to meet the market demand.Because of the overall running performance of the glove machine is determined by the glove machine control system,so the development of glove machine control system which have faster weaving speed and more friendly human-computer interaction interface become the key research object of major textile enterprises at home and abroad.This paper develops an ARM-based glove machine control system on the basis of analyzing the current research situation of the glove machines,the main contents are as follows:1.The glove machine industry is researched,and the overall design of the intelligent glove machine control system was developed according to the preparation process of gloves and analysis of the customer’s needs.2.The core control unit STM32F407VGT6 chip was used on the basis of the overall control requirements.And the hardware circuit of the intelligent glove machine control system is developed based on the market demand.3.The intelligent glove machine control system software is developed and complete the design of touch screen operation interface using DUGS software.And it including human-computer interaction system initialization,touch screen communication subroutine,free editing gloves pattern subroutine,WIFI communication subroutine,manual test subroutine,etc.Finally,the work of this project is summarized,the advantages and disadvantages of the system are analyzed,and the future improvement direction is defined.
