| The "Double Carbon" goal is a systematic planning and top-level design for my country to scientifically study and judge the historical position of the social economy in the new era,and reduce the pace of carbon emissions. It is also an internal requirement and strategic choice for achieving sustainable and high-quality development. The low-carbon utilization of cultivated land resources will directly affect contemporary food security, and it is a strategic starting point and strong support for high-quality agricultural development. The "Double Carbon Target" insists on "ecological priority, green and low carbon".While eliminating backward production capacity and helping the industry upgrade,it also puts forward new requirements for the agricultural sector, which is in line with the current goal of high-quality development in the agricultural sector. And together.Hubei Province,as one of the core provinces implementing the national strategy of "Rise of Central China",is a potential growth area for the growth of cultivated land use carbon emissions. It is imminent to systematically sort out and empirically test the carbon emission intensity of cultivated land use in various counties of Hubei Province and the spatiotemporal heterogeneity of its influencing factors. This study first sorts out the domestic and foreign quantitative measurement of carbon emission intensity of cultivated land use and its temporal and spatial characteristics, influencing factors and regional differences, the efficiency and level of cultivated land use under carbon emission constraints, and the strategies and policies for carbon emission reduction of cultivated land use.Research progress.Secondly, define the core concepts of this study,"arable land use carbon emissions" and "arable land use carbon emission intensity".At the same time, sort out the theoretical basis of sustainable development theory and man-land relationship theory.Thirdly, using the(IPCC)carbon emission coefficient method, based on 6 types of carbon sources, the carbon emission intensity of cultivated land use in each county of Hubei Province in my country was measured from 2000 to 2020,and the spatial autocorrelation method was used to analyze the characteristics of its temporal and spatial evolution pattern, and the spatiotemporal geography The weighted regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of the spatio-temporal heterogeneity of cultivated land carbon emission intensity. The results show that:(1)From 2000 to 2020,the total amount of carbon emissions from cultivated land use in Hubei Province showed a three-stage change characteristic of "steady decline-fluctuating rise-fluctuating decline".Utilize the major sources of carbon emissions.(2)There is a highly significant spatial autocorrelation in the carbon emission intensity of county-level cultivated land use in Hubei Province in 2000,2010,and 2020.From 2000 to 2010,the high-carbon emission intensity areas were mainly concentrated in eastern and central Hubei, and the low-carbon emission intensity areas were mainly concentrated in western Hubei.By 2020,the high-carbon emission areas will shift from eastern and central Hubei to western Hubei. From 2000 to 2010,the hotspots of carbon emission intensity of cultivated land use were basically located in western and eastern Hubei, and the cold spots were concentrated in western Hubei.In2020,the hotspots showed a trend of focusing from eastern Hubei to western Hubei.(3)The carbon emission intensity of cultivated land use is affected by the gross agricultural production value, per capita disposable income of rural residents, agricultural industrial structure, population density, urbanization level, and agricultural mechanization service factors. The impact of each factor on the carbon emission intensity of cultivated land use is presented obvious spatiotemporal heterogeneity.Based on this, this study proposes to follow the pattern of geographical spatial differences, propose differential carbon control strategies, and strengthen exchanges and cooperation in emission reduction policies. |
