Research And Application Of The Tang Dynasty Caisson Patterns In Mogao Grottoes In Modern Clothing Desig

The caisson pattern of Mogao Grottoes in the Tang Dynasty is one of the representative decorative patterns of Dunhuang grottoes.The caisson pattern of Dunhuang grottoes contains very rich artistic elements.The caisson pattern is not only the incomparable precious wealth of Dunhuang grottoes art,but also contains the yearning of the working people of ancient China for a better life.Among them,the pattern of caisson in Tang Dynasty has a vivid form of expression,quite valuable to study,and has a certain representative in Dunhuang art.This paper starts from the caisson pattern of Mogao Grottoes in Dunhuang,through the investigation of Tang Dynasty caisson pattern in Mogao Grottoes in different historical periods,studies and summarizes the composition classification,structure,color and artistic characteristics of the caisson pattern,combined with the case analysis of the caisson pattern in the field of art design,summarizes the application method of Mogao Tang dynasty caisson pattern in modern clothing,and applied in the design practice.It is hoped that this research and design innovation can combine the Tang Dynasty caisson pattern of Mogao Grottoes with the fashion trend of modern costume design,inherit Dunhuang culture with clothing as the carrier,interpret the artistic connotation of caisson of Mogao Grottoes with innovative costume design methodology,so as to promote the aesthetics of great countries and make contributions to the inheritance and dissemination of Dunhuang culture.
