There are many safety hazards in the underground mining operation of coal mines.The surrounding rock of roadway is disturbed by various disturbances in the mining process,which makes the deformation and failure of surrounding rock of roadway serious and the difficulty of roadway support increasingly prominent.Based on this,aiming at the problem that the roof of the temporary support area is prone to collapse and roof fall during the mining process of the roadway,this paper proposes a step-bystep sliding advance support equipment,and expounds the basic composition and working principle of the equipment.By studying the mechanical characteristics of the equipment and the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic system,it is verified that the equipment has high popularization and application value,which is of great theoretical and practical significance for stabilizing the supporting roadway,ensuring the tunneling efficiency and ensuring efficient production.The specific research contents of this paper are as follows:According to the geological conditions of roadway mining,the stress distribution law of roadway is analyzed theoretically.On this basis,the correctness of the theoretical analysis results is verified by FLAC3 D numerical simulation research method,which provides theoretical support for the design scheme of step slip advance support equipment.The static characteristics of the advanced support equipment and the surrounding rock system of the roadway are studied.By establishing the static model of the arch roadway roof,the contact static model of the advanced support equipment and the roadway roof,and using ANSYS workbench software to analyze the support state of the advanced support equipment under different working conditions,the deformation law of the advanced support equipment is obtained.Based on the study of static characteristics,the dynamic characteristics of the coupling between the advanced support equipment and the surrounding rock of the roadway are further studied.By establishing the dynamic model of the advanced support equipment and the coupling dynamic model of the full contact with the arch roadway,the ANSYS workbench software is used to carry out the modal analysis and the whole machine dynamic response analysis of the advanced support equipment under different conditions,and the stability of the advanced support equipment is studied.At the same time,the Recur Dyn simulation software is used to study the dynamic response process of the coupling between the advanced support equipment and the surrounding rock of the roadway under different working conditions,and to explore the contact force between the advanced support equipment and the arched roof,the contact force between the side protection device and the side wall,and the displacement of the roof and the side wall.Based on the previous analysis of the mechanical characteristics of the advanced support equipment,the hydraulic system of the advanced support equipment is studied,and a set of hydraulic system of the advanced support equipment is designed.The dynamic characteristics of the designed hydraulic system are analyzed by AMEsim simulation software.The designed hydraulic system can ensure the stability of the advanced support equipment in the underground.There are 65 figures,11 tables and 64 references in this paper.
