The safety production of coal enterprises is a topic that needs to be paid attention to.The occurrence of coal mine accidents causes certain casualties and economic losses.In recent years,China’s coal mine accident rate and death rate of one million tons have been decreasing year by year,but there is still a certain gap with developed countries,China’s coal mine safety production level needs to be further improved.The safety input efficiency of coal mine is an important reason that affects the safety production level of coal mine.Coal enterprises should not only reach the input intensity stipulated by the state,but also meet the rationality of the input structure.In this paper,the scientific method is used to evaluate the safety input of coal mine,in order to provide the distribution basis for the safety input of coal enterprises,improve the efficiency,and help enterprises carry out the safety input scientifically.This paper reviews the relevant theories of safety input and safety output,determines the safety input index according to the change-error accident cause theory and safety input-output theory,and constructs the evaluation index system of coal mine safety input.Based on projection pursuit method and projection pursuit dynamic weighting method,an evaluation model of coal mine safety input was constructed.Concrete coal mine examples were selected to verify the effectiveness of projection pursuit method and projection pursuit dynamic weighting method in coal mine safety input evaluation.Through case verification,it is analyzed that occupational health input and safety management input have a great impact on the safety input level of specific coal mines.According to the comprehensive evaluation value,the results obtained by the three methods are basically consistent,and the selected coal mines have the best safety input level in 2015,which verifies the effectiveness of the constructed model in the evaluation of coal mine safety input.The paper has 14 pictures,15 tables,and 80 references.
