Study On Ecological Environment Quality And Its Influencing Factors In Jiangsu Province

The rapid development of economy and society and the continuous increase and transfer of population have led to the huge consumption of resources,causing serious damage to the ecological environment and increasingly prominent ecological problems.At present,China is in the economic transition period from high-speed development to high-quality development.Sustainable development and circular economy have become the goal and pursuit of the economy and society.Strengthening the construction of ecological environment and improving the quality of ecological environment have become the urgent requirement of the government and people.Jiangsu province is located in the intersection area of the "Belt and Road Initiative",is one of the most developed provinces in our country,to promote the healthy development of our country’s economy has played a pivotal role.To realize the green development and sustainable development of Jiangsu province is of great significance to the society,economy and environment.This paper uses the data of 13 cities in Jiangsu province from 2009 to 2017 to measure the ecological environment quality of each city and analyze the influencing factors.Specifically,the PSR model-based evaluation index system of ecological environment quality was firstly constructed,and the entropy weight method and coefficient of variation method were used to determine the index combination weight.The TOPSIS method was used to measure the ecological environment quality,then analyzes the dynamic changes of the ecological environment quality through thquadratic weighting method based on time weighting,and the Theil index is adopted to analyze the regional differences.Secondly,the influencing factors of ecological environment quality in Jiangsu province were analyzed based on grey correlation method.Finally,based on the conclusion,the paper puts forward relevant policy Suggestions.The research found that: 1.From 2009 to 2017,the ecological environment quality ranking of 13 cities in Jiangsu province changed significantly,and there was a large gap in the ecological environment quality among different cities.The state and response indicators had a greater impact on the differences in the ecological environment quality of 13 cities in Jiangsu province,while the stress indicators had a smaller impact.The level of ecological environment quality in south Jiangsu andmiddle Jiangsu is higher than that in north Jiangsu : from 2009 to 2015,the level of ecological environment quality in south Jiangsu is higher than middle Jiangsu;from2015 to 2017,middle Jiangsu was gradually higher than the south part.2.The regional differences in ecological environment quality in Jiangsu province are large,and the regional differences are the main reasons for the overall differences.The differences among cities in central and northern Jiangsu are greater than those in southern Jiangsu.3.The main influencing factors of the ecological environment quality of Jiangsu province are the level of economic development,the level of urbanization and environmental protection,and the secondary factors are the industrial structure,technological innovation and opening to the outside world.Therefore,in order to further improve the ecological environment quality of jiangsu province,we need to continue: 1.Optimize the economic structure and improve the economic potential.We will promote the development of new and high technology industries and optimize their distribution,and promote technological innovation and development.Develop characteristic and advantageous industries according to local conditions in different regions and city clusters.2.Increase input in environmental protection and strengthen governance.Strengthen supervision and training of enterprises and industrial parks that discharge pollutants;Encourage enterprises to eliminate backward production facilities and increase facilities for pollution discharge and environmental monitoring.3.Promote environmental protection reform and improve the environmental protection policy mechanism.Strengthening the construction of environmental legislation,environmental standards,environmental control and evaluation mechanism;Make innovations to develop policies for the exploitation and utilization of resources and industrial upgrading in line with local conditions;Implement a cross-regional cooperation mechanism for ecological and environmental development.
