Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Qishenyiqi Dripping Pills On Coronary Heart Disease With Stable Angina Pectoris(Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qishenyiqi dripping pills on stable angina pectoris(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome),and to explore its mechanism of treatment of angina pectoris.Method:Will meet the coronary heart disease stable angina(qi deficiency blood stasis)in 50 patients,In accordance with a completely random method of grouping.Test group to Qishenyiqi dripping pills,Yang Xin Shi tablets simulation agent;the control group to Yang Xin Shi tablets,Qishenyiqi dripping pills simulate on agent.Treatment cycle 4 weeks.The changes of TCM syndrome scores,angina pectoris points and nitroglycerin stopping rate were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the validity and safety.Results:1.Comparison of TCM syndrome:two groups of patients with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome points and TCM single syndrome points after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment,and statistically significant(P<0.05),two groups of TCM syndrome scores were compared between,no statistically significant(P>0.05).the total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.9%,the total effective rate of the control group was 66.7%,no statistically significant(P>0.05).2.Comparison of the efficacy of angina pectoris:two groups of patients with angina pectoris and angina pectoris integral treatment after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment,and statistically significant(P<0.05),two groups of angina pectoris were compared betwee,no statistically significant(P>0.05).the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.1%,the total effective rate of the control group was 66.7%,no statistically significant(P>0.05).3.Comparison of nitroglycerin stop rate:the discontinuation rate in the treatment group was 93.3%,control group stop rate was 80.0%,no statistically significant(P>0.05).4.Safety monitoring:After treatment,the results showed that 1 case of neutrophils abnormalities,accounting for 80.6%,with clinical significance;1 case of patients with RBC and Hb content results are low,respectively 3.74 1012/L,115g/L,has clinical significance,1 week after the patient review of blood,the results show that RBC and Hb content returned to normal;The remaining patients with little difference before treatment,test medication did not appear blood,urine routine indicators of significant changes.Conclusion:1.Qishenyiqi dripping pills can improve TCM syndrome of patients with stable angina pectoris.2.Qishenyiqi dripping pills can improve angina pectoris in patients with stable angina pectoris.3.Qishenyiqi dripping pills can significantly reduce the rate of coronary heart disease in patients with angina pectoris.
