Clinical Observation Of Qishenyiqi Pill On Treadmill Exercise Test In Patients With Stable Angina Pectoris(Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type)

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Qishenyiqi Pill in the treatment of coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris(qi deficiency and blood stasis type).Methods:Select the 35-70-year-old qi deficiency and blood stasis type of stable angina in this study,using a randomized,doubleblind,parallel positive drug controlled clinical trial research methods,selection of eligible patients with 50 cases were randomly,divided into treatment group of 36 cases,control group of 14 cases.The experimental group was given Qishenyiqi Pill and Yangxinshi Tablet simulation agent;the control group was given Qishenyiqi Pill analog and Yangxinshi Tablet,the two groups of patients taking the drug for 4 weeks.Through the observation of the two groups of patients before and after the exercise treadmill test,Seattle angina scale changes,analysis and comparison of the difference between the two effcts.Result:1.Comparison of treadmill exercise test:there was no signicant difference between the two groups before the exercise,the maximum exercise heart rate,the maximal exercise blood pressure,exercise tolerance,and the maximal myocardial oxygen consumption(P>0.05).After four weeks of treatment,patients in the experimental group movement completion time,exercise tolerance were significantly higher than that before treatment,there were significant differences(P<0.05);patients in the control group movement time completion,exercise tolerance compared with before treatment,there was statistical difference(P<0.05);in the test group and the control group of patients after treatment,the total exercise time,exercise,blood pressure and metabolic equivalent maximum myocardial oxygen consumption were not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.The Seattle angina questionnaire results:experimental group patients after taking the level of physical activity limitation(PL),angina stability(AS)and angina pectoris(AF),treatment satisfaction(TS)and disease cognition(DP)improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05).The PL,AS,AF,TS and DP in the control group were better than before treatment(P<0.05).Comparison of the two groups of patients with standardized integral difference,the experimental group had significant difference in disease treatment satisfaction score difference,with statistical significance(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in the rest(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Qishenyiqi Pill can prolong the treadmill exercise time and improve the exercise tolerance in patients with stable angina pectoris(qi deficiency and blood stasis type).2.Qishenyiqi Pill can improve the stability of angina(qi deficiency and blood stasis type)in patients with physical activity limitation,angina stability and angina pectoris,improve patient satisfaction with the treatment of diseases and diseases of cognition;Cmopared with Yangxinshi Tablet,Qishiyisi Pill is especially suitable for the physical and psychological symptoms in patients with coronary heart disease.
