The Influence Of Yangxin Granule On The Angina Pectoris Effect Patients With Chronic Stable Angina (Qi And Blood Deficiency Type)

Objective:Study on Evaluation of Yangxin Granule on chronic stable angina(Qi and blood deficiency)effect of angina pectoris,changes of blood lipid and liver function and renal function before and after treatment.At the same time,to investigate the safety during the use,and provide a reliable basis for the treatment of chronic stable angina pectoris.Methods:42 patients with chronic stable angina pectoris(Qi and blood deficiency type)were randomly divided into experimental group(n=21)and control group(n=21).The two groups were treated with internal standard therapy,the patients in the treatment group on this basis to Yangxin granule;the control group on the basis of patients treated with placebo.Two groups were treated for four weeks,followed up for the end of the course of treatment to the next six months,and at any time to record the drug during the occurrence of allergic reactions,adverse events,etc..Record the number of times each visit during the attack of angina weekly throughout the experiment,grade of angina pectoris,blood lipid,liver function,renal function and other data.Results:Compared with the control group,statistically significant differences in angina pectoris patients in the experimental group(P<0.05);compared with the control group,there was no significant difference between the four groups of patients with blood lipid lowering treatment level and change liver function renal function(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Yangxin granule can effectively improve the symptoms of angina pectoris and improve the curative effect of angina pectoris.2.During the experiment,there was no significant change in blood lipid level.3.During the test,no obvious change of liver function and renal function level.
