| Objective:Observation on the curative effect of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction on the stability of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris and the changes of serum ox-LDL before and after treatmentMethod:The patients with stable coronary heart disease(qi deficiency and blood stasis type)were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with routine therapy,who was given secondary prevention medication for coronary heart disease(Nitroglycerin tablets,ARB preparations,lipid lowering drugs,antiplatelet agents).Dosage raising was forbidden during the observation period,expect nitroglycerin tablets.Treatment group wad based on the treatment of control group and addited Chinese medicine of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction.The TCM syndrome points,angina pectoris effect,nitroglycerin stop rate,electrocardiogram effect,(SAQ)score,serum ox-LDL levels before and after treatment were compiled statistics.Data were collected and analyzed by SPSS20.0.Results:1.The improvement of TCM syndromes showed that the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).2.The total effective rate was 86.67%in the treatment group and 59.38%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).3.In the electrocardiogram,the total effective rate was 66.67%in the treatment group and 50.00%in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05).4.The rate of stopping rate of nitroglycerin was 86.67%in the treatment group and 65.63%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).5.Quality of life improvement:SAQ score of five projects compared to the treatment group on the improvement of quality of life is better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).6.In the serum ox-LDL levels,the two groups can reduce serum ox-LDL levels,the treatment group to reduce the effect is more obvious,with a significant difference(p<0.05).Conclusion:1.Qi and blood circulation method can improve coronary heart disease angina pectoris in patients with angina pectoris symptoms.2.Qi and blood circulation method can improve coronary heart disease angina pectoris patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.3.Qi and blood circulation method can improve the quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.4.Yiqihuoxue method can reduce the serum ox-LDL level in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. |
