To Observe The Clinical Effect Of Xiaoke Mingmu Decoction Combined With Calcium Dobesilate In Treatment Of Diabetic Retinopathy

Objective Based on the prescription combined calciumdobesilate treatment of diabetic retinopathy(DR)in patients with fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose,insulin sensitivity index,interleukin,blood lipid,blood pressure,and fundus condition(micro hemangioma,exudation,hemorrhage,macular edema and so on)than the analysis of changes in the state,to explore the clinical efficacy and prescription combined with calciumdobesilate treatment of DR and mechanism analysis of advantages,for the future to provide a theoretical basis for the treatmentMethods By reading the relevant information,system analysis report and literature to correctly grasp the relevant literature combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of DR,carry on the summary,put forward its own research direction and purpose,determine the research content;take a completely randomly selected in our hospital out-patient and hospitalization in 60 eyes of DR as the object,the acquisition time is from January 2016 to September 2016,take odd number randomly divided into control group and experimental group,each group had 30 eyes;the control group using a separate Dobe treatment,experimental group on the basis of Dobe treated with self-made traditional Chinese medicine ginseng(5g,12g,10g Poria Atractylodes Chinese yam,20g,10g,10g,Radix Paeoniae Radix Paeoniae Alba Moutan 10g,angelica 10g,Chuanxiong 10g,Ophiopogon japonicus 12g,10g,flatstem milkvetch Polygonatum 10g,Schisandra chinensis 5g,No 9g,Chinese wolfberry chrysanthemum jujube 10g);By using the method of randomized controlled trials,after two different treatments after 12 weeks of treatment,patients in the detection of fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose,insulin sensitivity index,interleukin,blood lipid,blood pressure,and fundus condition(micro hemangioma,exudation,hemorrhage,swelling and other data Huang Banshui)changes to control the number of samples and the accuracy of detection in the treatment,to prevent the occurrence of the bias;after the end of treatment,the patients were followed up for 4 weeks for patients,timely and accurately grasp the long-term efficacy of the self-made traditional Chinese medicine combined with calcium dobesilate treatment of DR and adverse reaction conditions.Through the SPSS20.0 statistical software,data of study subjects before and after treatment were quantitatively analyzed and the clinical curative effect of self-made traditional Chinese medicine combined with clear calciumdobesilate treatment of DR.Statistical analysis of four table exact test and X2 test for count data,set the P<0.05 for the difference between the two groups was significant;statistical analysis of variance used in the mean between,there was significant difference of P<0.05 between two groups;test t test used in the two groups of subjects fasting blood sugar,blood glucose,insulin sensitivity index,interleukin,blood lipid and blood pressure data difference,when P<0.05 is the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Results 1.Through the comparative analysis of two groups of subjects of age,gender,eye stage,visual acuity and the duration of the baseline data between the two groups of subjects found that the project had no significant difference(P>0.05),comparable between the two groups;2.The two groups after 12 weeks of clinical experiment,dry eyes,experimental group subjects shiwumohu,lassitude and sallow complexion etc.TCM symptom score was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);3.The incidence of macular edema and micro aneurysms in the experimental group was significantly lowe r than that in the control group(P<0.05),while the average visual acuity of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(t=8.026,P=0.017);4.Group total effective rate were 86.67%and 66.67%of the experimental group and control group,after the chi square test showed that the experimental group total effective rate was significantly higher than the control group(X2=9.629,P=0.015);5.The main adverse reactions of two groups of different treatment methods include loss of appetite,diarrhea and nausea,heartburn and other symptoms,the chi square test showed that the difference of adverse reaction caused by two different treatments was not significant(X2=1.893,P=0.611).ConclusionEffect of Xiaoke Mingmu Decoction Combined with calcium dobesilate in treatment of DR,can significantly improve the treatment efficiency and life quality of patients,Xiaoke Mingmu recipe does not increase the adverse reactions occurred in patients with drug.
