Clinical Observation On Cough Of Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Infected By Qingfei-Xiere Decoction Combined With Azithromycin

Objective(1)From the theory of lung-heat,to summarize Professor Dong Youqi’clinical experience in treating cough of mycoplasma pneumoniae infected.(2)To compare the efficacy and safety of Qingfei-Xiere Decoction combined with azithromycin and azithromycin in the treatment of acute cough in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.Methods The diagnosis of 82 cases of western medicine was acute cough(mycoplasma infection),TCM syndrome diagnosis was lung heat syndrome type,the children aged 3-14 years,using a simple random method,there are 41 out of observation group and 41 out of the control group.The observation group was treated by the Qingfei-xiere decoction combined azithromycin,the control group was treated by azithromycin.1 week to 1 treatment course,observation 2 course of treatment.Analyzing the difference between the two sets of children about the general information;comparing the curative effect and the variation of the difference between the two groups in different time nodes;evaluating the safety between the two groups.Results(1)Therapeutic effect:In terms of the outcome judgment of disease,the observation group had more advantages than the control group(P < 0.05).In terms of the symptoms curative effect,after treatment for 1 week,the observation group is better than that of control group(P < 0.05),after treatment for 2 week,the observation group is significantly better than that of control group(P < 0.01).(2)Comparison of therapeutic effect in different time nodes:about the primary symptom(symptoms score and the signs score),for the 7th day,the observation group was better than the control group(P < 0.05),for the 14 th days,the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.01);about the Cough integral difference(d),from the third day,the observation group was better than the control group(P < 0.05),from the 7th,10 th and 14 th days,the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.01).(3)Security evaluation:there was a statistical difference in the safety evaluation between the two groups(P < 0.05),showing that the observation group was better than the control group in safety.(4)The experience of Professor Dong youqi in the treatment of this disease:according to the pathogenesis of mycoplasma pneumoniae after invasion of human body,classified mycoplasma pneumoniae infection into the category of pathogenic warm in Chinese medicine.He considers that lung-heat is an important factor in the occurrence,development and evolution of acute cough in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.According to the transformation of the heat pathogen and the pathogenesis of etiology,he divides the disease into three types: warming of Lung-wei(exterior heat of Lung-wei),lung-heat hidden in lung channel(lung-heat syndromes),uncleared of afterheat(lung-Yin lacked by heat injury),and proposed the corresponding methods.Thereinto,he creats the Qingfei-xiere decoction under the treatment of descending lung and purgeing heat,which combined azithromycin to treat acute cough in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection get a good therapeutic effect.Conclusion(1)Qingfe-xiere decoction treated the acute cough in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection possesed better efficacy and satisfactory safety.(2)Based on the treatment of descending lung and purgeing heat,the Qingfei-xiere decoction combined azithromycin is one of effective treatment about acute cough in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.
