Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Modified Zhisousan on acute bronchitis with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.Methods:60 patients with acute bronchitis diagnosed with mycoplasma infection in the outpatient department of taihe hospital of hunan province from January 2018 to January 2019 we re selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the research group.Study group:a daily dose of Modified Zhisousan was administered in the morning and evening twice a day.and the changes of symptoms and signs of cough,expectoration,so re throat,lung rhonorrhea and safety indexes were observed before and after treatment,they were observed for 14 days.Results:Compared with the control group,Modified Zhisousan is used to treat patients with acute bronchitis and wind-heat offending lung syndrome caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae.Compared with the control group,the clinical efficacy of the research group is always higher,and the clinical efficacy is better than the control group(P<0.05);The total score of the signs decreased compared with before treatment,and the improvement in the study group was better than that in the control group;the white blood cell count,C-reactive protein,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,procalcitonin,and chest X-rays of the two groups of patients after treatment we re better than before treatment,and the study group was better than the control Group(P<0.05);No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the course of treatment.Conclusion:(1)Modified Zhisousan can improve the clinical symptoms of acute bronchitis with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.(2)Modified Zhisousa n can improve the white blood cell count,c-reactive protein,blood sedimentation and procalcitonin index in acute bronchitis patients with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.(3)Modified Zhisousan is safe and effective in the treatment of acute bronchitis with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.
