Objective:Methods:Observe 97 cases of patients with surgical pathology confirmed for non-small cell lung cancer patients, gathering the subjects on an empty stomach 2 ml,peripheral blood by using chemiluminescence detection of carcinoembryonic antigen and cytokeratin 19 fragment,CA125,CA19-9,squamous cell carcinoma antigen level;Another patient 2 ml peripheral blood,to join the anticoagulant, according to the classical phenol/chloroform extraction in the peripheral blood DNA,using nested polymerase chain reaction metThrough the change of the five kinds of tumor markers level and epidermal growth factor(EGFR)genetic testing results, research non-small cell lung cancer with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome type and the correlation between tumor markers and EGFR gene, for patients with non-small cell lung cancer with different traditional Chinese medicine syndrome types of diagnostic research provides new ideas and new methods,is helpful for further improvement of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of lung cancer.hod for each case of peripheral blood DNA sequencing, finally study of tumor markers and EGFR gene expression whether there is any difference in different syndrome types. Results:Different TCM syndromes of non-small cell lung cancer patients had significant statistical difference in cell keratin 19,CA125 and epidermal growth factor gene positive rate,P<0.05;The cell keratin 19 was significantly increased in the qi and Yin deficiency.CA125 was significantly increased in the deficiency of qi and Yin deficiency and phlegm dampness. The epidermal growth factor gene was obvious in the deficiency of qi Yin and Yin deficiency. There was no statistically significant difference in the positive rate of the three tumor markers, such as ca19-9,squamous cell carcinoma antigen and cancer embryo antigen. Conclusions:Tumor markers and epidermal growth factor gene can be used as non-small cell lung cancer patients with one of the objective basis of traditional Chinese medicine, including cytokeratin 19,CA125 and epidermal growth factor gene on the TCM syndrome classification judgment has important clinical value. |
