Research On The Supply Of Community Health Service In Tianshan District,Urumqi

The report of the 19 th CPC National Congress pointed out: "People’s health is an important symbol of the prosperity of the nation and the country." To promote people’s health and implement Health China strategy,we must strengthen the construction of grassroots medical and health service system.As a major project that unites people’s hearts,optimizing the supply of community health services is not only the key steps to improve the grassroots health care service system,but also a guarantee for people’s livelihood and a actively respond to the Healthy China and Healthy Xinjiang.Tianshan District is the political,economic and cultural center of Urumqi.It brings togethe rmany ethnic groups such as the Han,Uygur,Kazak,and Hui and so on,the special situation has also brought some difficulties to community health service supply,improving the construction of community health services to better meet the healthy needs of people of all ethnic groups,relates to the overall interests of people’s livelihood,relates to the overall goal of social stability and long-term peace and stability.This article takes the community health service supply of Tianshan District as the research object,takes the public product theory and the new public service theory as the theoretical basis,starts from elaborating the concept,characteristics,structure and influencing factors of the community health service supply,adopts literature analysis method and questionnaire survey method and in-depth interviews to conduct research.Through investigation and study found that there are still some problems in the supply of community health services in the Tianshan District,such as:the leading role of the government is insufficient,the allocation of health resources is not balanced,the infrastructure needs to be improved,the construction of talent team needs to be strengthened,two-way referral has not yet been fully implemented.And on the basis of in-depth analysis of the reasons for the above problems,combined with the typical domestic practice,from five aspects to put forward some countermeasures to improve the efficiency of supply,such as: strengthen the leading role of the government,optimize the system and mechanism of community health service supply;encourage social participation,build diversified supply patterns of community health service supply;strengthen the construction of institutions,improve the level of community health service supply;speed up the construction of information and perfecting the network platform of supply.This article aims to provide theoretical support for the research of community health service supply and provide feasible suggestions for optimizing the practice of community health service provision in Tianshan District.
