| Objective:To investigate the effect of electric biologic training combined with bladder instillation on the treatment of interstitial cystitis. Methods:From August 2016 to November 2017,31 cases of patients with interstitial cystitis in Pelvic Floor Center of Shengjing Hospital treated by electric biologic training were selected as control group, and 14 cases treated by electric biologic training combined with bladder instillation were selected as observation group.Comparing the interstitial cystitis symptom index(ICSI),interstitial cystitis problem index(ICPI),and 24 hours decreased frequency of urination, analyze the effect of two groups before and after the treatment comprehensively. Results:In 14 cases of the observation group,7 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were effective, and 1 case has no effect, the total effective rate of ICSI was 92.9%.In control group,2 cases were markedly effective, effective in 16 cases,13 cases of invalid, the total effective rate of ICSI was 58.1%(P<0.05).Evaluating the efficiency of the urination diary, the observation group was more effective than the control group(P<0.05),which had clinical significance. Before treatment, the ICPI scores of two groups have no obvious difference(P>0.05).After treatment, the ICPI scores of two groups were significantly lower, decline degree of the electric biologic training combined with bladder instillation is better than that of pure electric biologic training group(P<0.05),which had clinical significance. Conclusion:Both two groups are effective in treating interstitial cystitis.Comparing to the control group, the group of electric biologic training combined with bladder instillation therapy is more effective. |
