Objective This topic is based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,to explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine zuogui wan on the senile male kidney-yin deficiency syndrome Osteoporosis patient.Observed Dual-energy X-ray bone density(DXA)before treatment, serum calcium(Ca),phosphorus(P),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),25OHD3,routine blood, liver and kidney function before and after treatment,to evaluate the effect of zuogui wan on the clinical efficacy and related laboratory indexes of the senile male kidney-yin deficiency syndrome Osteoporosis patient and to explore its mechanism of action,so as to provide clinical TCM treatment with definite efficacy. Methods In this study,a total of 60 elderly male patients, aged 65-80 years old and in line with western medicine diagnostic criteria for osteoporosis and TCM syndrome differentiation, were included. They were randomly divided into an experimental group of 30 and a control group of 30.The control group was given basic treatment, and the experimental group was treated with zuogui wan on the basis of the control group. The course of treatment was 3 months, and the patient subsequent visit after the course of treatment.Observe dual energy X-ray bone density before treatment, observethe the changes of serum calcium(Ca),phosphorus(P),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),25OHD3,blood routine, liver and kidney function before and at the end of treatment.Statistical analysis of the improvement of clinical symptom scores and related laboratory indicators before and after treatment was performed to evaluate the efficacy. Results Before treatment, the test group and the control group were not significantly different in age distribution, clinical symptoms and signs,TCM symptom scores, and related laboratory indicators(all P values were>0.05),and were comparable.Statistical analysis of the TCM symptom scores of the two groups after treatment showed that 30 cases in the test group,8 cases were significantly effective,20 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 93.33%;30 cases in the control group,2 cases were effective and 15 cases were effective The total effective rate was 53.33%in 13 cases and ineffective cases. The total effective rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P=0.000<0.01).The values of Ca,P,ALP and 25OHD3 in both groups increased after treatment(P<0.05),and the values of Ca,P and 25OHD3 in the experimental group increased more significantly after treatment than those in the control group(P<0.01),suggesting that the efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group. After treatment, the ALP level of the experimental group increased significantly, but the efficacy of the experimental group was not significantly better than that of the control group(P>0.05)Conclusion 1.Zuogui wan Conform to the basic pathogenesis of elderly male patients with osteoporosis with kidney-yin deficiency syndrome, and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of elderly male patients with osteoporosis with kidney-yin deficiency, which is better than conventional western medicine treatment.2.Zuogui wan can significantly increase the serum level of 25OHD3,blood calcium and blood phosphorus in elderly patients with osteoporosis, improve the bone metabolism related indicators, which is better than conventional western medicine treatment, and can appropriately delay the development of osteoporosis in the elderly.3.Zuogui wan is safe and effective in the treatment of senile male osteoporosis with kidney-yin deficiency syndrome, and it is of great clinical significance in the prevention and treatment of senile osteoporosis and its complications such as fracture.
