Correlative Study On The Kidney Yang-deficiency Syndrome, Tartrate-resistant Acid Phosphatase-5b And 25-hydroyvitamin D In Senile Osteoporosis

Objective:Explore the relationship between TRACP (TRACP-5b),25-OHD (25-(OH)-VD) and deficiency of kidney in osteoporosis TCM syndromes and provide new ideas for diagnosis of deficiency of kidney in osteoporosis TCM syndromes.Methods:Select 30 patients with non senile osteoporosis who have visited senile unit, clinics and wards of rehabilitation unit during Mar.2015 to Sep.2015 based on case inclusion criteria and 30 patients with deficiency of kidney in osteoporosis TCM syndromes and 30 patients with non-deficiency of kidney in osteoporosis TCM syndromes, collect age, height, weight and other basic information of each group respectively and test serum TRACP-5b,25-(OH)-VD, serum specific alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and serum calcium level Besides, adopt dual-energy X-ray to test bone density of lumbar L2-4 and collum femoris of patients and finally use SPSS19.0 statistical software to process data and analyze the relationship between serum TRACP-5b,25-(OH)-VD and deficiency of kidney, non-deficiency of kidney and non-osteoporosis in osteoporosis TCM syndromes.Results:1.There are no obvious differences in ages, BMI and serum calcium level among deficiency of kidney group, non-deficiency of kidney group and non-osteoporosis in osteoporosis group (P>0.05) and there are no obvious differences in BMD and ALP between deficiency of kidney group and non-deficiency of kidney group of osteoporosis (P>0.05)2.There are obvious differences in serum TRACP-5b and 25-(OH)-VD levels among deficiency of kidney group, non-deficiency of kidney group and non-osteoporosis in osteoporosis group (P=0.035)3.There are obvious differences in serum TRACP-5b and 25-(OH)-VD levels among deficiency of kidney group, non-deficiency of kidney group in osteoporosis (P<0.001), moreover, the serum TRACP-5b expression level of deficiency of kidney group is higher thanthat of non-deficiency of kidney group and serum 25-(OH)-VD expression level of deficiency of kidney group is lower than that of non-deficiency of kidney group.Conclusion:1.Serum TRACP-5b,25-(OH)-VD and ALP level has certain guiding significance in distinguishing senile osteoporosis and non-osteoporosis;2.Serum TRACP-5b and 25-(OH)-VD can be used as objective reference indicator for distinguishing deficiency of kidney of senile osteoporosis and other TCM syndromes and can be applied to clinical research.
