| Objective:The three-line reduction method has been widely used in nasal septal surgery in China,especially for the deflection of nasal septal cartilage.This article aims to change the surgical method and apply it to nasal septal cartilage In patients with segmental deflection,the subjective and objective examination methods were used to evaluate the curative effect of Front door axis septoplasty with three high tension lines resectionto verify the feasibility of the operation.Methods:Patients with nasal septal cartilage segment deviations who were hospitalized in the otolaryngology department of affiliated hospita of Yanbian university from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected,and the same doctor performed nasal septum under Front door axis septoplasty with three high tension lines resection,nasal endoscopy,rhinoacoustic reflex examination,and fill out the nasal obstruction symptom evaluation scale before and after 3 months of operation,compare the results of preoperative and postoperative examinations,and evaluate the subjective and objective efficacy of the operation.Results:A total of 30 patients were selected and followed up for 3 months after operation.The average nasal obstruction score of all patients after operation,and the 0-3 cm nasal cavity volume,the minimum cross-sectional area of the nasal cavity were improved to a certain extent compared with preoperative.The post-contrast was statistically significant,and all patients had no complications such as nasal septum perforation,nose collapse,and nasal septal hematoma.Conclusion:As a feasible and effective surgical method,Front door axis septoplasty with three high tension lines resection retains the bone scaffold of the nasal septum to the greatest extent,conforms to the concept of minimally invasive,and can effectively improve the symptoms of nasal obstruction.It is worthy of promotion and application in patients with nasal septal cartilage segment deviation... |
