Objectives The study investigated the clinical efficacy of nasal endoscopic autogenous bone-cartilage complex rhinoplasty combined with septoplasty in the treatment of traumatic nasal deformity, and attempted to solve the collapse of the suprapical region of nasal trauma patients that could not be treated after traditional septoplasty. Methods A total of 49 cases of nasal trauma patients with nasal dysfunction and nasal malformation admitted to Tangshan Workers’ Hospital from June 2018 to June 2021 were enrolled in study.Nasal endoscopy was used to perform nasal cartilage-bone complex rhinoplasty and nasal septoplasty at the same time.Patients were selected for subjective evaluation before surgery,1 week after surgery and 6 months after surgery, and vasual analogue scale(VAS)was used to evaluate the appearance of the patients’ nose. The Nasal Obstruction Evaluation Scale(NOSE Scale)was used to evaluate Nasal Obstruction.Computer software Adobe Photoshop CC 2018 was used to process the preoperative and postoperative photos of the patients. The suprapical transition Angle, nasal tip Angle and nasolabial Angle in the photos were measured and statistically analyzed by paired T test(P<0.05,with statistical significance)to evaluate the surgical effect. Results 1 49 patients were satisfied with nasal contour and nasal ventilation after surgery. The mean value of nasal contour satisfaction was 6.0 points higher than that before surgery, and the mean value of NOSE score was 5.4 points lower than that before surgery, with statistical significance(P <0.05).2 The postoperative transition Angle in the superior nasal tip area of the patients changed significantly, and the curve of the dorsal nose tended to be flat(P<0.05),while there were no significant differences in the nasolabial Angle and nasal tip Angle before and after surgery(P>0.05).3 There was no significant difference between the follow-up results of 48 patients 6 months after surgery and 1 week after surgery(P>0.05),and 1 patient was lost to follow-up.4 No postoperative adverse reactions occurred, including nasal incision infection, septal hematoma, abscess and perforation, and cartilage graft displacement. Conclusions Application of endoscopic nasal septum cartilage and bone complex line of rhinoplasty in the same period with nasal septoplasty can both nasal ventilation appearance of repair,of postoperative nasal of the measured data show that the method can effectively improve the area on the collapse of the tip,at the same time does not cause the tip Angle and excessive deformation of nasolabial Angle, cause the nose deformity. After the operation, the nasal shape was natural, the improvement effect was significant, the shape of the nasal back was beautiful, and the nasal cavity was well ventilated. Most patients were satisfied, which was in line with the expected effect of the operation before the operation.Long-term follow-up showed no significant difference between the observed value and that before operation.Figure11;Table9;Reference 97...
