| Objective:To explore the effect of A3 lower limb rehabilitation training robot combined with Tecnobody PK254 training on the balance and walking ability of stroke patients with hemiplegia, and to provide new rehabilitation practical experience for better promoting the balance and walking function development of hemiplegic patients.Methods:52 elderly stroke patients with hemiplegia treated in Huishan District Rehabilitation Hospital in Wuxi City from December 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the order of admission, the patients were divided into four groups A,B,C,and D by dynamic randomization, with 13 cases in each group. The 4 groups of patients used the following rehabilitation training program:group A(conventional training group):conventional rehabilitation training+traditional walking training+traditional balance training;group B(A3 lower limb rehabilitation training robot group):conventional rehabilitation training+A3 lower limb rehabilitation training robot training+traditional balance training;group C(Tecnobody group):conventional rehabilitation training+Tecnobody balance training+traditional walking training;group D(A3+Tecnobody group):conventional rehabilitation training+A3 lower limb rehabilitation training robot training+Tecnobody balance training.SPSS23.0 was used for data analysis and processing, and the four groups of patients’ FMA-LE score,BBS score,10-meter walking speed,10-meter foot clearance times and other indicators were counted. The data obtained are described by mean, standard deviation, percentage, etc. The measurement data is compared by t test, the count data is compared by x2 test, and the repeated data is measured by analysis of variance.P<0.05 indicates that there is a certain difference in statistical indicators.Results:(1)The FMA-LE assessment result shows that compared with before training,The lower limb motor function scores of the four groups were significantly higher,P<0.05;after training, compared with group A,the lower limb motor function scores of groups B,C,and D were significantly higher.P<0.05;there was no significant difference in the motor function scores of the lower limbs between group B and group C,P>0.05;the motor function scores of lower limbs in group D were significantly higher than those in groups A,B and C,P<0.05;(2)The BBS assessment results show that compared with before training, the balance function scores of the four groups of patients were significantly higher,P<0.05;after training, compared with group A,the balance function scores of groups B,C and D were significantly higher,P<0.05;there was no significant difference in balance function score between group B and group C,P>0.05;The balance function score of group D was significantly higher than that of groups A,B,and C,P<0.05;(3)The results of the 10-meter walking speed test show that compared with before training, the 10-meter walking speed of the four groups of patients was significantly faster,P<0.05;after training, compared with group A,the walking speed of 10 meters in groups B,C and D was significantly faster,P<0.05;there was no significant difference in 10-meter walking speed between group B and group C,P>0.05;the 10-meter walking speed of group D is significantly faster than that of groups A,B,and C,P<0.05;(4)The Statistics show that the number of times of foot clearance after walking 10 meters, compared with before training, the frequency of foot clearance in the four groups was significantly increased,P<0.05;after training, compared with group A,the number of foot clearances in groups B,C and D increased significantly,P<0.05;there was no significant difference in the frequency of foot clearance between group B and group C,P>0.05;The number of foot clearances in group D was significantly more than that in groups A,B,and C,P<0.05.Conclusions:(1)Compared with 4 weeks of traditional comprehensive rehabilitation training,Regular rehabilitation training incorporating A3 robot or Tecnobody balance training,it can more effectively improve the balance and functional ability of the lower limbs, correct the gait, and increase the pace of stroke patients with hemiplegia, and there is no difference between the two;(2)4 weeks of A3 robot+Tecnobody training combined with routine rehabilitation training, compared with conventional rehabilitation training that simply incorporates A3 robots or Tecnobody training,it has a better effect on improving the balance and functional ability of the lower limbs, correcting the gait, and increasing the pace of stroke patients with hemiplegia. |
