| In the post-epidemic era,the concept of health has become increasingly popular.Online health communities rely on its convenient and efficient features to attract more and more users.Users also increasingly rely on various information in online health communities to support their health decisions.The information in the online health community needs to adjust the content and presentation of information through governance to give full play to the value of information itself.In the past,the information governance of online health communities was usually carried out in a one-way way by the government issuing policies and regulations,community operators implementing specific measures and other ways,and there was a lack of multiple subjects to participate in the process of governance.At present,as one of the main participants in the health community,users can most intuitively perceive the information governance effect of online health community,and it is necessary for them to participate in information governance while generating and obtaining information content.Therefore,this paper focuses on the user information governance needs of the online health community.From the perspective of user needs,combining with the Kano model,it determines the priority of user needs of the online health community,and puts forward relevant governance implications for the key needs of users,so as to improve the user experience,improve the utilization efficiency of health information,maximize the value of health information,and promote the healthy development of the online health community.This paper takes online health community users as the main research object,starting from users’ use and needs,first of all,understand the real feelings and needs of online health community users for online health community information governance;Secondly,on the basis of user interview data and literature research,23 Kano factor indicators are determined,and then the Kano questionnaire is designed and the data is collected and processed.The survey data is preprocessed and imported into SPSS,and the demand types of online health community information governance are analyzed by combining the relevant theories of Kano model and statistical analysis method.Through two-dimensional attribute analysis and Better-Worse four-quadrant analysis of the results,Get 5 charm attributes,5 expectation attributes,11 essential attributes and 2 no difference attributes.Among them,5 of the 11 essential attribute requirements belong to the information technology level,which means that users have a strong demand for the information technology governance functions of online health communities.The first of the necessary requirements is the "false health information identification and prompt function",which shows that users attach great importance to the management of false health information.At the same time,"community interface simplicity" and "community system stability" are also the governance indicators that users focus on.It is not difficult to see that the current online health community information governance is still in the development stage,and users’ information identification ability is relatively weak Advertising and the phenomenon of stagnation will express strong disgust,and thus doubt the overall quality of online health communities.The information content level occupies four of the essential attributes,including "usefulness of health information","timeliness of health information","authority of health information" and "health information audit system",which indicates that if the quality of health information is not guaranteed,users’ satisfaction with the community will be significantly reduced,which has a negative impact on the sustainable development of the community and the expansion of its users.The ranking of "user privacy protection" in the information service level is obviously higher,indicating that the current online health community should ensure user information security,win user trust and attract users to use for a long time.The "health expert level" at the information service level is also one of the necessary needs,indicating that the online health community should improve the level of online health experts and provide users with more high-quality and reliable health information.Finally,the paper gives the enlightenment of online health community information governance from five perspectives: improving community technical functional services,optimizing the quality management of community information content,strengthening the protection of user privacy,improving the level of online health experts,and broadening the channels of community health services.The research in this paper can provide reference for the improvement of the information governance level of online health communities,help online health communities better meet the information needs of users,and optimize the development of online health communities. |
