With the development of Chinese economy and the improvement of people living standards,the market consumption structure has changed,the number of households raising pets has gradually increased,and people demand for and research on pet medical care has increased.Seborrheic dermatitis in dogs and cats is a skin disease with high incidence in Guangdong.The pathogenic mechanism is unknown and the etiology is complex.Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids are essential fatty acids for dogs and cats,and are important components of pet food.Reasonably adjusting the ratio of Omega-6 and Omega-3 ingested by pets can adjust the pet’s metabolic state.For the first time,a high-fat diet was used to successfully build a rat seborrheic dermatitis model: high-purity fish oil and linoleic acid were used as the raw materials of Omega-3 and Omega-6,respectively,and the ratio of linoleic acid and fish oil to rats was as high as 20 : 1.High-fat feed with a content of up to 31.5% for 4 weeks successfully kept the symptoms of seborrheic dermatitis in rats for a long time and stably.The results of the study showed that compared with the rats in the blank group,the rats in the model group had different degrees of hair loss,scaling,rash and papules on the skin,and the clinical score was greater than 5 points,that is,the rats in the model group had obvious lipids.Symptoms of epidermal dermatitis;skin condition test results show that the skin moisture of the rats in the model group is lower than that of the rats in the blank group,but the oil content is higher than that of the rats in the blank group,and the skin elasticity index is lower than that of the rats in the blank group,that is,the rats in the model group The skin condition and oil secretion were abnormal;the serum interleukin-4(IL-4)concentration(201.5ng/L)of the rats in the model group was significantly higher than that of the rats in the blank group(169.7ng/L,P<0.05);The concentration of interleukin 6(IL-6)in the serum of the rats in the model group(458.59ng/L)was significantly higher than that of the rats in the blank group(356.84ng/L,P<0.05);the serum tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)concentration(1005.68ng/L)was significantly lower than the number of rats in blank group(1325.81ng/L,P<0.05);serum triglyceride(TG)concentration(0.195mmol/L)in model group rats was significantly higher In the rats in the blank group(0.100mmol/L,P<0.05);the fungal isolation and culture results showed that compared with the blank group,the skin fungi of the rats in the modeling group proliferated;the results of hair microscopy showed that the hair shafts of the rats in the modeling group,hair medulla and hair follicles were damaged in different degrees;skin pathological section results showed that compared with the blank group,the skin dermis and epidermis of the model group were significantly thicker and the number of hair follicles was larger,and the dermis and epidermis increased.Thickness,inflammatory cell infiltration and other pathological phenomena.Rats were randomly divided into groups after symptoms of seborrheic dermatitis to study 9 kinds of therapeutic diets with different contents and proportions of Omega-6 and Omega-3.Omega-3 and Omega-6 can affect the skin state of rats and relieve the clinical symptoms of seborrheic dermatitis to varying degrees.Through the comparison of skin lesion scores,skin sections,inflammatory factor content,and hair microscopy results,the ratio of Omega-6/Omega-3 in the feed is 1:1;the content of 10% has the best therapeutic effect.Have hypolipidemic effect.The results of hair microscopy also showed that the microorganisms that invaded and adhered to the hair did not disappear due to the improvement of the skin condition,and the medicated bath treatment containing antibacterial and bacteriostatic ingredients was also required.The results showed that when different contents or ratios of Omega-3 and Omega-6 were added to the feed,the serum factors of rats would change accordingly.The changes of IL-4 and IL-6 concentrations with the content of Omega-3 and Omega-6 were similar: when the addition amount of Omega-3 and Omega-6 was between 1% and 10%,IL-4 and IL-6 Concentrations increased accordingly;IL-4 and IL-6 concentrations began to decrease when Omega-3 and Omega-6 were added at between 10% and 20%.The concentration of TNF-α was proportional to the amount of Omega-3 and Omega-6;TG had no correlation with the amount of Omega-3 and Omega-6.There was no correlation between IL-4 and TNF-α and the ratio of Omega-3 and Omega-6;the concentration of TG and IL-6 was inversely proportional to the addition ratio of Omega-3 and Omega-6.The results of the study show that the intake ratio of Omega-6 and Omega-3 is an important cause of seborrheic dermatitis.The unreasonable intake ratio of Omega-6 and Omega-3 changes the skin condition,and the skin oil is excessively secreted.Malassezia As a lipophilic fungus,the bacteria multiply in large numbers,and its metabolites stimulate the increase of inflammatory factors in rats,causing inflammatory symptoms and skin lesions in rats.
