| Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Generalized anxiety disorder(GAD)and provide reference for the clinical treatment of GAD.Methods: Among the patients in the second Department of encephalopathy of the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Minzu University from 2020-12-01 to 2021-12-31,60 patients with mild and moderate generalized anxiety who met the criteria were divided into control group and treatment group with 30 patients in each group.Control group: early,noon,Deanxit 1 piece.The treatment group gave Mongolian medicine on the basis of the control group,morning: Amin-Erdun,3g.Noon: Seven jujube Pill,6g.Night: Gaoyou-13,3g.The total course of treatment was performed for 4weeks.The efficacy and safety of patients were assessed by Hamilton anxiety scale,anxiety self-evaluation scale,and Mongolian medicine symptom scale before treatment,2 weeks,4 weeks,and 4 weeks of follow-up.Results: 1.Observation indicators of curative effect:(1)Relevant scale scores: Within-group comparisons,there were statistically significant differences in related scale scores before treatment,2 weeks and 4 weeks of follow-up(P<0.001).Compared between the groups during the same period,there were statistically significant differences in the related scale scores before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of major and minor symptoms of Mongolian medicine: There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in the symptoms of emotional depression,insomnia,palpitations and stiffness and numbness of hands and feet(P<0.05).2.Clinical effective rate: The total effective rate of the HAMA score treatment group was 93.3%,compared with 66.7% of the control group,there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the Mongolian Medicine Symptom Scale score in the treatment group was 93.3%,compared with 66.7% in the control group,there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group was 86.7%,compared with 60% in the control group,there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).3.Safety index:The physical and chemical indexes and electrocardiogram before and after treatment in the two groups were within the normal range with no significant changes.Conclusion: 1.The combination of Mongolian and western medicine has good effect on generalized anxiety disorder,and has no obvious side effects and has safety.2.Compared with the simple application of western medicine,Mongolian and western medicine combination treatment has more advantages in improving the symptoms of emotional depression,insomnia,palpitations and numbness of hand and feet. |
