Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Mongolian medicine huricha-6 in the treatment of Sheila type headache and its effect on serum inflammatory factors IL-6 and TNF-α、 The effect and mechanism of 5-HT.Methods:(1)From December 2020 to January 2022,80 patients with Sheila type headache treated in the Mongolian medicine encephalopathy clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Minzu University were selected. There were 40 patients in each group. They were divided into the treatment group: Mongolian medicine huricha-6 twice a day,15 capsules in the morning and evening, for seven consecutive days.Control group: Migraine tablets were taken orally twice a day,one tablet in the morning and one tablet in the evening for seven consecutive days;(2)The changes of migraine score,Mongolian medicine symptom score and VAS score were observed before and after treatment;(3)Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect serum IL-6 and TNF before and after treatment-α、 expression of 5-HT content.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in age,sex and other general data between the treatment group and the control group(P > 0.05);(2)On the seventh day after treatment, there were significant differences in migraine score,Mongolian medicine syndrome score and VAS score between the treatment group and before treatment(P <0.05),and there were significant differences in migraine score,Mongolian medicine syndrome score and VAS score between the control group and before treatment(P <0.05);(3)There was no significant difference in migraine score,Mongolian medicine symptom score and VAS score between the treatment group and the control group(P >0.05);(4)On the seventh day after treatment,IL-6,TNF-a and 5-HT in the treatment group were significantly different from those before treatment(P < 0.05),and IL-6,TNF-a and5-HT in the control group were significantly different from those before treatment(P <0.05);(5)There was no significant difference in IL-6,TNF-a and 5-HT between the treatment group and the control group(P > 0.05)。Conclusion:(1)Mongolian medicine huricha-6 can significantly reduce migraine score,Mongolian medicine syndrome score and VAS score after treating Sheila type headache, suggesting that Mongolian medicine huricha-6 can improve the prognosis of patients with Sheila type headache;(2)Mongolian medicine huricha-6 can reduce serum IL-6 and TNF in patients with Sheila type headache-α And the expression of 5-HT suggest that the mechanism of Mongolian medicine huricha-6 in the treatment of Sheila type headache may be related to the reduction of inflammatory factors IL-6 and TNF-α、 5-HT content.
