| Objective: To observe the effective data of the treatment of chronic disease of large intestine(Badagansila predominant type)by the evidence-based treatment in Mongolian medicine and hourly administration of drugs(Ten Flavor Pill for elimination of food,Hatongazhidi-13,21 Flavor Pill for tonifying the kidney and strengthening the stomach,and Four Flavors Soup with herbs and fruits),and to provide a basis for clinical treatment.Methods: Sixty patients with chronic disease of the large intestine(Badagansila type)who met the diagnostic criteria were collected.The patients were given Monk’s medicine in the morning: 10 flavor pills for elimination of food,15 capsules with warm water,in the middle: Hatonga Ridhi-13,15 capsules with warm water,in the evening: 21 flavor pills for tonifying the kidney and stomach,15 capsules,and 3g of Cao Guo Si Wei Tang with hot water for 21 days.The changes in the symptoms and laboratory tests of the patients before and after medication were observed,and the patients were compared before and after treatment.The data were processed with SPSS17.0 statistical software.Results: 1.Completion of included cases: 2 cases(1 case of taking other drugs and 1 case of missing visits)were shed in a total of 60 collected cases of disease.The final completion rate of 58 shedding was 4.3%,and the completion rate was 95.7%.2.general data analysis: from the age distribution and gender distribution of patients,the 58 patients enrolled in the study,the highest age was 59 years old,the youngest was 31 years old,the average age was 42.87±7.70.Mostly seen in the 40-49 years old population,34 cases in men,(58.62%)24 cases in women,(41.37%),it is initially seen that the incidence of male patients is more than The incidence rate of male patients was more than that of female patients.3.Comprehensive efficacy comparison,a total of 58 patients,the total effective rate(94.82%),cured 5 cases(8.62%),improved 34 cases(38.62%),effective 15 cases(25.86%),no improvement 4 cases(6.89%).4.The comprehensive efficacy of the symptoms of Mongolian medicine was compared in 58 patients with a total effective rate of 94.82%,5 cases(8.62%)were cured,49 cases(84.48%)were improved,and 4 cases(6.89%)were not cured.5.Comparison between before treatment and 7 days after treatment: there was a significant difference P < 0.05 in symptoms of abdominal distension,undigested material and mucus diarrhea,dyspepsia and cold extremities,which was statistically significant and indicated significant improvement;pain around the umbilicus,pain in the right and left lower abdomen,number of diarrhea,form of diarrhea material,onset caused by consumption of cold diet,onset caused by consumption of spicy diet,relief of symptoms by hot compresses,relief of warm and soft starting care,etc.There was no significant difference between the symptoms before treatment and 14 days after treatment: abdominal distension,undigested material and mucus diarrhea,dyspepsia,cold extremities,pain around the umbilicus,pain in the left and right lower abdomen,number of times of diarrhea,form of diarrhea,onset due to consumption of cold diet,relief from hot compresses,relief from warm and soft living care,etc.There was a significant difference between the symptoms before treatment and 14 days after treatment P < 0.05,indicating that there was a significant difference between the symptoms after treatment.There was no significant difference between the symptoms caused by consumption of spicy diet and those caused by the onset of symptoms P>0.05,indicating no significant improvement;before treatment and 14 days after treatment: bloating,undigested material and mucus diarrhea,dyspepsia,cold extremities,pain around the umbilicus,pain in the right and left lower abdomen,number of diarrhea,form of diarrhea,onset of symptoms caused by consumption of cold diet,relief of symptoms by hot compresses,and relief of symptoms by warm and soft living care relief and other symptom symptoms had significant differences P <0.05,indicating that all symptoms improved significantly 14 days after treatment,and consumption of spicy diet caused onset symptoms had no significant differences P >0.05,indicating no significant improvement.Conclusion: 1.the chronic disease of the large intestine in Mongolian medicine is becoming more and more common clinically in those with Badagansila bias type.In this study,the clinical efficacy of the treatment through Mongolian medicine by identifying the evidence and following the principle of hourly drug administration is very satisfactory and has the value of clinical promotion and application.The clinical efficacy of this study is very satisfactory and has clinical application.2.The treatment of chronic colorectal disease(Badagansila type)by Mongolian medicine with evidence-based treatment and following the principle of seasonal administration showed improvement in all symptoms except the
