Development Of Syndrome Diagnosis Pre Scale For Guribuxi Disease(Urticaria)

Objective: To develop the Mongolian medicine syndrome differentiation diagnosis scale of Guribuxi Disease(urticaria),provide a scientific,standardized,and quantitative evaluation tool for the syndrome differentiation diagnosis of Guribuxi Disease(urticaria),and provide scientific data for the"Mongolian medicine standardization project of the people’s Government of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region" development of Mongolian medicine clinical guidelines for Guribuxi Disease(urticaria)".Methods: The diagnostic elements of Guribuxi Disease(urticaria)were screened through literature research and expert score,and the item pool of the prescale was formulated.150 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected for the investigation and research of the prescale,the data were sorted and summarized,the items were assigned by multivariate logistic regression analysis and ROC curve,the diagnostic threshold was determined,the formal scale was formulated,and the reliability,validity,and feasibility of the scale were evaluated.Results:The syndrome differentiation of Guribuxi Disease(urticaria)was divided into three syndrome types: Badagan Heyi excess type,Qisuxila excess type,and Nian type.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to retrospectively verify the data of 150 patients.Finally,it was concluded that the area under the partial prosperous ROC curve of Badagan Heyi was 0.942,the area under the partial prosperous ROC curve of Qisuxila was 0.884,and the area under the Nian ROC curve was 0.912.Its sensitivity and specificity were good.In the reliability assessment,the full item coefficient of the scale is0.757,the partial prosperous type of Badagan Heyi is 0.932,the partial prosperous type of Qisuxila is 0.658,and the Nian combined type is 0.681,suggesting that the internal consistency reliability of the scale is high.The recovery rate and completion rate of the scale are 100%,indicating that the scale has high feasibility,content validity,and surface validity.Conclusion:Badagan Heyi excess type,Qisuxila excess type,and Nian combination type are the main types of Guribuxi Disease(urticaria).Through the examination of the scale,it is verified that it has good reliability,validity,and feasibility.It can be used as an evaluation tool for Mongolian medicine syndrome differentiation diagnosis of Guribuxi Disease(urticaria).This study provides an effective and scientific new path and method for the standardized diagnosis and treatment of Guribuxi Disease(urticaria).
