Clinical Observation Of Mongolian Medicine In Treating Heyi Excess Type Guribuxi Disease (Urticaria)

Objective:To observe and compare the clinical curative effects of Mongolian medicine and western medicine in treating Heyi excess type Guribuxi disease(urticaria),so as to provide scientific basis for the clinical application of Mongolian medicine in treating Heyi excess type Guribuxi disease(urticaria).Methods:According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,60 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.Control group: desloratadine capsules,one capsule later,taken after meals.Observation group: Mongolian medicine: after breakfast:Bateri-7 5g,Digeda-4 soup 5g take it with boiling water.After dinner: Garidi-5 1g,Agaru-35 3g,take it with boiling water.A course of treatment lasts for 15 days,with a total of 3 courses of treatment.The curative effect was observed by symptom score reduction index(SSRI),and the curative effect was judged.Two months after treatment,the patients were followed up to compare the recurrence between the two groups.Results:Through clinical observation and statistical analysis,the results are as follows:1.Compared with the general situation,there is no obvious difference in sex,age and course of disease between the two groups,which is comparable(P>0.05).2.After statistical analysis before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.After the first course of treatment,the second course of treatment and after treatment,the symptom scores gradually decreased,with statistical analysis,P<0.05.The symptom scores were different from those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant,indicating that both groups had certain curative effects on the improvement of symptoms,but the curative effect of the observation group was better and more obvious.3.The total effective rate of the observation group is 90%,and that of the control group is 86.6%.The curative effect of the observation group is obviously better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The results of this study show that Mongolian medicine and western medicine can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of Guribuxi disease(urticaria),and there are no serious adverse reactions.Compared with western medicine,Mongolian medicine has more obvious curative effect,low recurrence rate,green color and low price in treating Guribuxi disease(urticaria).Therefore,Mongolian medicine is an effective method,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
