Methods:(1)according to the contents of 28 commonly used therapies recorded in Mongolian medical literature,the treatment characteristics were put forward,and the operation standards of these therapies were discussed for literature retrieval.(2)the current clinical application of these 28 therapies was understood by means of questionnaire survey and expert interview.Objective: to formulate the classification and grade standards of Mongolian traditional therapy occupations,and integrate them with the national vocational qualification recognition system,so as to avoid only staying in the literature research in the past,and the standards come from the literature to the literature,divorced from the current situation of clinical practice,and incorporate the traditional therapy occupations into the national vocational classification.Formulate the standards of professional skill level and special ability of Mongolian traditional therapy.Make the traditional therapy profession of Mongolian medicine enter the track of technical patent,patent standardization and standard licensing.Results: 1 Through literature research,expert consultation and other work,the operation standards of28 kinds of traditional therapies were preliminarily formulated.2.Through literature research,expert consultation,industry research and other methods,the operation standard of traditional therapy has been preliminarily formulated,which has filled the gap of Mongolian medicine in the field of national unified occupational classification for a long time.3.Through literature research,expert consultation,industry research and other methods,the vocational skill level of traditional therapy is divided into three levels:primary,intermediate and advanced,and the standard connotation of each level is formulated.4.The above work has laid a solid foundation for the formulation of Mongolian medical and health care recuperators.The occupational classification and grade standard of traditional therapy in Mongolian medicine scientifically,objectively and comprehensively reflect the current occupational composition of traditional therapy in Mongolian medicine.Conclusion: the standard has become an effective way for technological innovation and the popularization and application of achievements.After the preliminary formulation of 28 special ability standards,it provides successful experience for all the operation standards of traditional Mongolian medicine.The operation standard of traditional therapy of Mongolian medicine is the improvement and supplement of relevant laws and regulations of professional doctors.It is the government’s promotion of practicing medicine according to law,performing medical management functions,strengthening technical supervision and strengthening the management ability of Mongolian medicine industry.The first draft was formed through literature collection,questions,questionnaire survey and expert meeting discussion.With the approval of authoritative institutions such as the State Administration of traditional Chinese medicine and the Ministry of human resources and social security,relevant standards for traditional Mongolian medicine therapy have been formulated.The types of work of traditional Mongolian medicine therapy have been included in the code of occupational classification of the People’s Republic of China,And has completed the first draft of the standards for 28 special abilities included in this type of work.As an important technical system,Mongolian medicine standardization can make the management of Mongolian medicine more scientific,open,fair and transparent and further improve the credibility of the government by formulating,implementing and supervising Mongolian medicine standards.At present,Mongolian medicine is facing good historical development opportunities,but at the same time,it is also facing severe challenges The establishment of the classification and grade standards of Mongolian medicine traditional therapy occupational types is of great significance to vigorously promote the standardization construction of Mongolian medicine,standardize the industry management,improve the academic level and service quality of Mongolian medicine,promote the modernization process of Mongolian medicine,accelerate the international dissemination of Mongolian medicine,and improve the international competitiveness of Mongolian medicine.
