Clinical Observation Of Mongolian Medicine Prostate-Ⅰ In The Treatment Of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

Objective:The clinical observation of the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia by Mongolian medicine prostate-I.provides a basis for the clinical research and popularization and application of Mongolian medicine prostate-I.Methods:All the cases in this study were from 66 patients who met the exclusion criteria from January 2021 to December 2021 in the Department of Integrative Urology of Minzu Medicine,Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Minzu University,randomized into experimental groups(33 cases)and control groups(33 cases).The experimental group took oral prostate-I.and the control group took tamsulosin hydrochloride extended-release capsules.Prostate volume,bladder residual urine output,maximum urine flow rate,international prostate symptom score,and quality of life score before and after treatment were compared.SPSS26.0 statistical software is used for data processing,and the data is analyzed by statistical methods.Results:Through this study,it was found that the two drugs had an improving effect on the residual urine output of the bladder,the maximum urinary flow rate,the international prostate symptom score and the quality of life score in BPH cases(P<0.05).Comparison between groups found that the Mongolian prostate-I group was better than the tamsulosin hydrochloride extended-release capsule group(P<0.05)in terms of QOL scores,and other indicators were similar(P>0.05).The total efficacy of the two groups was similar(P>0.05).Conclusion:The results of this study preliminarily prove that the Effect of Mongolian Prostate-I.on Bladder Residual Urine Volume,Maximum Urine Flow Rate,International Prostate Symptom Score and Quality of Life Score for Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia is remarkable,and Prostate-I.is worth promoting and clinically applying.
