Research On The Optimization Of Discipline Inspection And Supervision Function In Public Hospitals

As the carrier of the healthy China strategy and the guardian of people’s health and safety,public hospitals,facing the new situation of medical and health system reform and anti-corruption struggle,need to effectively improve the discipline inspection and supervision system,standardize the discipline inspection and supervision work,optimize the discipline inspection and supervision functions,improve the team’s ability to perform their duties,and play a role of escort in creating a clean and healthy political ecology of the hospital and the healthy development of the hospital.This paper takes the optimization of discipline inspection and supervision functions of public hospitals as the research object,selects y hospital as the representative of public hospitals for research,and investigates the performance of discipline inspection and supervision departments.Based on the actual situation of the discipline inspection and supervision department of Y hospital and the questionnaire of "cognition behavior effect" framework,the current situation of discipline inspection and supervision in Y hospital was investigated.This paper analyzes the problems and reasons existing in the performance of the discipline inspection and supervision organization of Y hospital from four aspects: orientation,function,contradiction and sense of belonging.Through investigation and analysis,it is found that in the process of discipline inspection and supervision in Y public hospital,there are three major problems: the absence of functions leads to the weakening of the main responsibility and main business,the single means of duty performance leads to the need to improve the ability of duty performance,and the inadequate supervision of key departments and rights.The main reasons are the lack of independence of the discipline inspection and supervision department of the public hospital,the imperfect relevant systems,and the insufficient team building.In order to further optimize the functions of the discipline inspection and supervision departments of public hospitals,combined with the relevant data and the actual situation of Y hospital,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the optimization of the discipline inspection and supervision functions of Y hospital from the aspects of ensuring the independence of discipline inspection and supervision,strengthening the team building,improving the discipline enforcement ability,further improving the relevant systems,exploring new ways and strengthening the ability to perform their duties..
