With the continuous advancement of the COVID-19 epidemic prevention work,the epidemic situation in China has been effectively controlled,but the severity and complexity of the current epidemic prevention and control cannot be ignored.To improve the efficiency of nucleic acid testing,various units are also promoting the informatization of nucleic acid testing.Facing the current situation of incomplete nucleic acid testing informatization construction in hospitals at different levels,this thesis proposes the design and implementation of an intelligent nucleic acid testing information management platform.This thesis firstly investigates the main problems existing and the functional requirements of the hospital,and then conducts system requirements analysis and business modeling for each object.based on this requirement,completes the general design of the system,including technical architecture,network architecture,etc.After that,the complex functional process in the system is designed in detail,finally,the implementation and testing of the system are completed to ensure its completeness and availability of the system.This platform is a production based on the combination of Internet and medical treatment under the normalized epidemic prevention and control.Through this platform,related services such as sample collection,sample testing,sample reporting,and reports printing can be realized.The platform uses separation of front-end and back-end,and the front-end mainly uses the Ant Design and Vue technical framework of front-end.Ant Design has beautiful and rich components,making the platform more concise and beautiful.The back-end mainly uses Springboot,uses JWT and Shiro and Redis,and other technologies for authentication,and the persistent storage of data uses the MySQL database.This platform integrates the advantages of the nucleic acid testing information management platform on the market and the needs of hospitals,and realizes the standard process from sample collection to sample testing.Sample collection is mainly to facilitate the work of the personnel of the collection institutions,providing functions such as sample collection,external import,and report printing.Sample testing is mainly to facilitate the work of the personnel of testing institutions,and provides functions such as sample acceptance,sample registration,sample review,sample reporting,and report printing.This platform can adapt to various application scenarios,such as large-scale epidemic screening,willingness to inspect and fully inspect,etc;it can realize data statistics and visualization,such as the current and accumulated data statistics of various collection points and collection agencies;it supports an early warning,that is,Samples that are about to time out will be given an early warning and prioritized;automatic reporting is supported,that is,the negative samples that have been tested will be automatically reported on time.The platform provides better services,improves the efficiency of nucleic acid testing while ensuring correctness and continuity;solves the disadvantages of low efficiency and time-consuming of traditional nucleic acid testing;enriches the current functions of nucleic acid testing;solves the problem of information problems such as confusion,missed detection;testing over time has a good development prospect.At present,the platform has been launched in many hospitals,and the operation effect is satisfactory,and has received unanimous praise from hospital staff. |
