Objective :To explore the effects of nursing interventions based on the integration theory of health behavior change on pelvic floor exercise compliance, bladder function, pelvic floor muscle strength of patients after radical surgery for cervical cancer. To provide more scientific basis for the clinical rehabilitation nursing work of patients after surgery for cervical cancer.Method :According to the basic situation of patients after radical surgery of cervix cancer combined with the scientific effectiveness and effectiveness of pelvic floor exercises,After pre experiments,a set of nursing intervention methods based on the integration theory of health behavior change was established and refined.Patients who underwent laparoscopic radical hysterectomy for cervical cancer at a gynecological department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University between March and November 2021 were enrolled in this study,According to the time order of their admission to the hospital, randomization was performed, and 45 patients in the control group and 43 patients in the intervention group Forty five controls were given perioperative routine rapid recovery care and routine Kegel training for 16 weeks. In the intervention group,a nursing intervention method based on the integration theory of health behavior change was practiced on the basis of the control group for 16 weeks. Before the intervention, information on the basic condition of the patients in the two groups after radical cervical cancer surgery was collected using a self-made general information questionnaire.Their information was collected using the bladder function assessment scale(MHU)at three time points: before intervention,2 weeks after surgery, and 12 weeks after surgery.Pelvic floor exercises were evaluated at 12 and 16 weeks postoperatively, and pelvic floor muscle strength was evaluated at two time points, preoperatively and 12 weeks postoperatively, with comprehensive analysis of intervention effects.Result :1.General data: demographic data(fertility status, family situation, reimbursement method, income, marital status, occupation, education level, place of residence in the family, body size, age, etc.)and disease-related data(clinical stage, surgical procedure, complications or not, etc.)were compared separately and the results were not statistically significant.(P >0.05).2.Effects of nursing interventions on pelvic floor exercise compliance based on the integration theory of health behavior change. At 12 weeks postoperatively, pelvic floor muscle training compliance questionnaire scores were compared between the two groups using chi square test. The control group scored significantly less than the intervention group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Sixteen weeks postoperatively, pelvic floor muscle training compliance questionnaire scores were compared between the control and intervention groups,The control group scored significantly less than the intervention group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Effects of nursing interventions on bladder function based on the integration theory of health behavior change. The t-test was used to compare the scores of bladder function between the two groups at three time points: preoperatively,2 weeks postoperatively, and 12 weeks postoperatively. The results showed that, there was no significant difference in the scores of bladder function between the preoperative control group(2.58 ± 1.47)and the intervention group(2.51 ± 1.28)(P>0.05);At 2 weeks after operation, there was no significant difference in the scores of bladder function between the control group(9.00 ± 2.62)and the intervention group(9.05 ± 2.84(P>0.05);At 12 weeks after operation, the scores of bladder function in the control group(7.47 ± 3.41),the score in the intervention group(5.40 ± 3.14),patients in the control group not only had a higher total score of bladder function than those in the intervention group, but their scores in all dimensions were higher than those in the intervention group,There were significant differences in the total score of bladder function, the score of symptoms related to urgency, and the score of urgency(P<0.05).4.Effects of a nursing intervention on pelvic floor muscle strength based on the integration theory of health behavior change. Before operation, chi square test was used to compare pelvic floor muscle strength grade between patients in the control group and the intervention group, and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).At 12 weeks after operation, pelvic floor muscle strength grade in the control group was lower than that in the intervention group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion :1.Nursing interventions based on the integration theory of health behavior change can increase the time and number of pelvic floor exercises per day in patients after radical surgery for cervical cancer and improve pelvic floor exercise compliance.2.Nursing intervention based on the integration theory of health behavior change has a promoting effect on the recovery of bladder function in patients after radical surgery for cervical cancer.3.Pelvic floor muscle strength enhancement in patients after radical hysterectomy for cervical cancer can be achieved by nursing intervention based on the integration theory of health behavior change.
