Objective1.To construct a comprehensive simulation teaching program for cardiovascular surgery subspecialist nurses in operating room.2.To observe the application effect of comprehensive simulation teaching method in the training of cardiovascular surgery subspecialist nurses in operating room, and to provide new ideas for the training of subspecialist nurses in operating room.MethodsA total of 60 operating room nurses who did not rotate cardiovascular surgery subspecialties in two operating rooms of a tertiary hospital in Henan Province were selected as the research subjects. They were trained in cardiovascular surgery subspecialties in operating rooms. They were divided into control group and observation group, with 30 people in each group. One hospital area was the control group, and the other hospital area was the observation group.Five batches of each group were trained with six people per batch.①The control group received multimedia teaching combined with clinical one-to-one teaching method for training, while the observation group adopted the comprehensive simulation teaching method for training, through multimedia teaching, simulation case formulation, scenario simulation exercise, video feedback and other methods for teaching. The research period is 5 months from June 2021 to November 2021.②The two groups of nurses were compared in theoretical examination scores, objective structured clinical examination scores, satisfaction of surgeons, critical thinking ability and other aspects after training, and the evaluation of comprehensive simulation teaching effect by nurses in the observation group was analyzed, evaluate the effect of simulated training.③SPSS26.0 software was used to process the data, and the mean ± standard deviation, rate and composition ratio were used to describe the general data.Independent sample T test Paired T test and Chi-square test were used to analyze the data,so as to compare the application effects of the two teaching methods in cardiovascular surgery subspecialty nurses in the operating room.Results1.The age of nurses in the control group was(30.23±3.0)years old, with 4 males and 26 females. The working years were(5.43±1.55)years.There were 2 nurses,20 senior nurses and 8 supervisor nurses in the professional titles. There were 5 college students,24 undergraduate students and 1 graduate student with the highest education level. The age of nurses in the observation group was(29.63±2.47)years old, with 5 males and 25 females. The working years were(5.40±1.50)years.There were 3 nurses,19 senior nurses and 8 supervisor nurses in the professional titles. There were 4 college students,25 undergraduate students and 1 graduate student with the highest education level. There were no statistically significant differences in age, gender, working years, highest educational background and professional title between the two groups(P>0.05).2.The theoretical scores and objective structured clinical examination scores of nurses in the two groups were obtained after training. The results of theory assessment were(89.27±1.68)points in the control group and(93.00±1.26)points in the observation group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Results of objective structured clinical examination of nurses in the two groups after training in 4 sites:patient safety verification site, control group(91.63±2.48)points,observation group(93.53±1.89)points;surgical position placement site, control group(91.00±2.13)points,observation group(94.07±2.68)points;intraoperative surgery with site there were(91.70±2.33)points in the control group and(93.70±2.79)points in the observation group, and intraoperative emergency response site,(91.77±1.79)points in the control group and(94.40±2.77)points in the observation group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After training, surgeons scored on the satisfaction of nurses in both groups:The total satisfaction score of the control group was(34.9±3.19)points,and that of the observation group was(47.2±2.71)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=-16.10,P<0.001),among which, the score of the first evaluation item,"preoperative propaganda and education in place",was(3.57±0.68)in the control group and(3.87±0.90)in the observation group, with no statistically significant difference(t=-1.46,P=0.15).The score of the fourth evaluation item,"whether aseptic operation is standardized and supervised in place",was(3.63±0.85)in the control group and(3.83±0.79)in the observation group, with no statistically significant difference(t=-0.94,P=0.3 5).The other differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Critical thinking skills score:Before training, there was no significant difference in critical thinking ability scores between the control group and the observation group(P>0.05).After training, the scores of the observation group in all dimensions were better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Scores of simulated teaching evaluation of nurses in the observation group after training:Teaching method satisfaction 90.00%,teaching content satisfaction 93.34%,teachers’ level satisfaction 86.67%,simulation arrangement satisfaction 80.00%.The nurses in the observation group further evaluated the effect of simulated teaching from three aspects of satisfaction and confidence, simulated teaching practice, and simulated teaching evaluation, with scores above 4 points.Conclusion1.Comprehensive simulation teaching method is helpful to improve the comprehensive ability of cardiovascular surgery subspecialist nurses in operating room.2.Comprehensive simulation teaching method has good training effect in cardiovascular surgery subspecialist nurses in operating room, which provides a new path for the training of subspecialist nurses in operating room.
