| Objective:Based on the theory of competency,this study construct a scientific and practical robotic surgical procedures training program for operating room nurses,and to provide reference for the cl training of operating room nurses who cooperate with robotic surgical procedures.Methods: The computer retrieval was performed in BMJ Best Practice、Up To Date、GIN、WHO、NGC、SIGN、NICE、CGC、Pub Med、Psyc INFO、Cochrane library、CINAHL 、 Web of Science 、 EMBASE 、 VIP 、 CNKI 、 CBM 、 Wan Fang Data 、RNAO、Chinese Nursing Association、AORN database from the establishment of the database to June 4,2022,to collect the education and training,curriculum setting,competency and other related literature of operating room nurses in the robotic surgical procedures.The methodological quality of clinical practice guidelines was evaluated by AGREE II,the other types of literatures was evaluated by the Joanna Briggs Institute methodological quality assessment tool,and the finally included literatures were determined.The included studies were summarized and relevant items were extracted,combined with group discussion,a training program for operating room nurses in the robotic surgical procedures was preliminarily formulated.The Delphi method was used to revise and optimize the preliminary training program,and finally formed a training program for operating room nurses in the robotic surgical procedures based on competency.Results: A systematic search method identified 1594 studies,after deduplication,preliminary screening and re-screening,31 studies were finally included.The included studies was extracted according to four categories: access conditions,training content,training methods,and assessment.On the basis of literature review and analysis and combining with clinical practice,the first draft of training program was formed.It included 4 first-level items,15 second-level items and 62 third-level items.Tow rounds of expert consultation questionnaires had an effective recovery rate of 100%.The authority coefficients of the two rounds of experts were 0.932 and 0.942,full score rate>20%.The coefficient of variation of the importance of all items in the first round fluctuated between 0.06 ~ 0.24,and the feasibility coefficient of variation fluctuated between 0.06 ~ 0.25.The coefficient of variation of the importance of all items in the second round fluctuated between 0.04 ~ 0.20,and the feasibility coefficient of variation fluctuated between 0.06 ~ 0.17.The Kendall’s W of the importance of all items in the first round was 0.183,and Kendall’s W coefficient of feasibility was 0.129.The Kendall’s W of the importance of all items in the second round was 0.227,and Kendall’s W coefficient of feasibility was 0.143.and the P values were all less than 0.05.After two rounds of consultation,the expert opinion showed a good concentration,so the consultation was stopped,and finally formed a training program for operating room nurses in the robotic surgical procedures based on competency.It included 4 first-level items,17 second-level items and 65 third-level items.Conclusion: Based on the competency theory and combined with two rounds of Delphi expert consultation,this study constructed a training program for operating room nurses in the robotic surgical procedures.The program is scientific,reasonable and practical,which can provide reference for the training of operating room nurses and is conducive to the professional development of operating room nurses in the field of robotic surgical procedures. |
