Research On Public Health Cooperation Between China And Laos

With the rapid development of globalization,population flow is very rapid.Public health has become a biomedical problem related to the world and world health.In particular,the outbreak of coronavirus diseases in 2020 and 2019 has made public health a major concern for life safety all over the world.The spread of covid-19 threatens social,economic and national security to varying degrees,causing a very serious negative impact,which is a huge blow to social and economic development.Laos has a typical monsoon climate,hot and humid all year round,which provides a hotbed for the spread of viruses and diseases and makes public health threats occur frequently.In addition,Laos is a developing country with limited economic and medical and health conditions.In the face of highly infectious diseases,it is often difficult to prevent and control them in time.Affected by many factors,Laos poses a great threat to public health and has a great impact on social production and life.This paper takes the Chinese husband health cooperation as the research object,combs the Chinese husband health cooperation,and studies the process,current situation,problems and Countermeasures of the Chinese husband health cooperation from the current situation and basis of the cooperation.Through the research,it is found that the economic development level of Laos is low,the domestic infrastructure level is also low,and most resources have not been effectively utilized.Compared with Laos,China has a large gap in economy and technology,and China can also provide corresponding assistance to Laos.The health cooperation between China and Laos is mainly based on China’s public health assistance.China provides Laos with medical technology,drugs,personnel and other related assistance,which can help Laos better fight the epidemic.In addition,there is a gap in the ability of health governance between China and husband.The funds for health cooperation between China and husband are insufficient and the initiative of cooperation is weak.In view of these problems,China and Laos should further improve the public health cooperation mechanism between the two countries,actively lead and promote the construction of professional institutions,improve legal means,improve the cooperation mechanism,and establish a public cooperation mechanism combining monitoring,early warning and crisis prevention and control;In order to increase investment in public health funds and technology,Laos should also establish the opinions of cooperation subjects,actively participate in public health cooperation with China and participate in cooperation with a positive attitude.In the context of covid-19,it is hoped that the research of this paper can provide reference for the public security cooperation of various countries,consolidate the friendly relations between China and Laos for a long time,and deepen the spirit of China EU common destiny.
