Study On Syndrome Differentiation And Treatment Of Cholera In Treatise On Febrile Diseases And Clinical Syndrome Of Later Generations

Objective:To analyze and sort out the cholera chapter of treatise on febrile diseases,summarize Zhongjing’s thinking on syndrome differentiation and treatment of cholera,summarize the views of later doctors on syndrome differentiation and treatment,and then construct a systematic cholera syndrome differentiation and treatment system,in order to provide more comprehensive theoretical guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment and valuable literature for the development of cholera theory in the future.Methods:This paper mainly adopts the literature research method.Firstly,it expounds and analyzes the articles of cholera disease in Treatise on febrile diseases,summarizes and arranges the prescriptions and syndromes,grasps the etiology and pathogenesis of cholera,understands the prognosis of the disease,defines the treatment principles and methods of cholera,and summarizes the ideas of Zhongjing syndrome differentiation and treatment.By studying the books and materials on the syndrome differentiation and treatment of cholera by doctors of previous dynasties,explore the views of various doctors horizontally,summarize the clinical experience,and comb and improve vertically,so as to make the syndrome differentiation and treatment of cholera more organized and systematic.Content:This paper first defines the scope of cholera in traditional Chinese medicine and distinguishes and describes the common syndrome types of cholera;By analyzing the connotation of Ying Wei and San Jiao,the basic pathogenesis of cholera in Neijing was summarized;This article focuses on the detailed description of the chapter on cholera in Treatise on febrile diseases,and makes a more in-depth analysis on its etiology and pathogenesis,many prescriptions and syndromes,as well as the prognosis and prognosis of the disease.It also gives a clear answer to the more controversial issues,such as whether it involves the differentiation and treatment of cholera with heat syndrome and how to distinguish typhoid fever from cholera;In this paper,we select the later generations of doctors who have their own school characteristics and unique views on the syndrome and treatment of cholera as the research object.The main representatives are Liu Wansu,Huang Yuanyu,Wu Jutong,wangmengying,etc.we focus on combing the development of cholera and the inheritance of Zhongjing’s thought by various doctors,and summarize the contribution to the overall development of Huo Luan disease.The system of differentiation and treatment of cholera was systematically summarized by combing the horizontal and vertical literature.Conclusion: 1、 First of all,the concept of cholera in traditional Chinese medicine is defined,and it is concluded that all diseases with vomiting and catharsis as the main clinical symptoms of stroke belong to the category of cholera in traditional Chinese medicine.2、 According to the distribution and characteristics of Wei Qi,this paper explains that the pathogenesis of cholera in Neijing is that Wei Qi is retrograde,disordered in the intestines and stomach,and mostly involves the lesions of Sanjiao.It also puts forward that the rapid onset of cholera is related to the rapid reaction of Wei Qi to evil Qi.3、 It is proposed that the Wuling powder syndrome in the cholera chapter of treatise on febrile diseases is the cholera syndrome type of "Sanjiao disharmony",which more clearly distinguishes typhoid fever and cholera,and concludes that the prognosis of cholera is mainly divided into two types: "superficial cold invagination,turning into Yin Meridian" and "stomach Qi harmony".4、 It combs and summarizes the ideas of later generations of doctors in the treatment of cholera,and concludes that cholera includes cold syndrome,heat syndrome,cold dampness syndrome,food accumulation syndrome,evil syndrome,plague virus syndrome and other syndrome types,forming a more systematic multi angle data system for the treatment of cholera.
