| Objective:To observe the effect of continuous nursing combined with pharmaceutical care in blood pressure control of elderly hypertensive patients, and to discuss its effect on patients’ out-of-hospital medication compliance and quality of life,in order to help elderly hypertensive patients strengthen their blood pressure control and improve their out-of-hospital medication compliance and quality of life. Methods:A total of 120 elderly hypertensive patients who were admitted and discharged from the Department of Cardiology,Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the research objects. The subjects were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was given routine discharge education, and the observation group was given continuous nursing combined with pharmaceutical care on the basis of the control group. After 12 weeks of intervention, compare with the blood pressure control status, compliance with antihypertensive drugs and quality of life scores of the two groups of patients and analyze the differences between groups.Statistics of blood pressure control status(including systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, continuous 3d blood pressure compliance rate),compliance with antihypertensive drugs(MMAS-8 test score),and quality of life score(SF-36 test score)of the two groups after 12 weeks of intervention, and analyze the differences within and between groups of each index.Results:1.A total of 120 elderly hypertensive cases included in the study fell out of 5 cases, including 3 cases in the control group and 2 cases in the observation group.2.Blood pressure control: Before the intervention, the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and continuous 3d blood pressure compliance rate of the two groups were comparable at baseline(P>0.05);after the intervention for 12 weeks, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups decreased, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was highly statistically significant(P<0.01);the blood pressure compliance rate for consecutive 3 days increased, and the observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of compliance with antihypertensive drugs: Before the intervention, the MMAS-8 scores of the two groups were compared, and the baseline was comparable(P>0.05);after the intervention for 12 weeks, the MMAS-8 scores of the two groups increased, and observation The group was significantly higher than the control group, and the difference was highly statistically significant(P<0.01).4.Quality of life comparison: Before the intervention, the SF-36 scores of the two groups were compared, and the baseline was comparable(P>0.05).After 12 weeks of intervention, the SF-36 scores of the two groups increased, and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was highly statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Continuous nursing combined with pharmaceutical care can improve the effect of blood pressure control in elderly patients with hypertension.2.Continuous nursing combined with pharmaceutical care can improve the compliance of antihypertensive drugs in elderly patients with hypertension outside the hospital.3.Continuous nursing combined with pharmaceutical care can improve the quality of life of elderly patients with hypertension outside the hospital. |
