Effect Of Continuous Nursing Care On Medication Compliance And Quality Of Life In Patients With Cirrhosis

Objective:Based on the WeChat platform,this study formulated and implemented continuous nursing intervention programs,compared the differences in medication compliance and quality of life of patients with liver cirrhosis before and after intervention,and explored the application effect of the continuous nursing intervention based on WeChat platform in patients with liver cirrhosis,in order to provide reference for the construction of effective continuous nursing intervention model for cirrhosis.Methods:This study used an experimental design of two groups of controlled studies.Using a convenient sampling method,181 patients with cirrhosis who were hospitalized in a third-class A hospital in Weihai from December 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into control group(n=90)and experimental group(n=91).The data were collected at the time of discharge,3 months after discharge and 6 months after discharge respectively,to observe the drug compliance and quality of life of the two groups of patients before and after intervention and evaluate the effect of intervention.All data were analyzed using SPSS22.0 software package and analyzed using non-parametric test and t test.P<0.05 was considered as a statistically significant difference.Result:(1)Compared with the general data of 181 patients included in this study,the average age was 54(47,60)years old,male patients were more than female patients(64.6%,35.4%),and patients were more married than unmarried(97.2%,2.8%),most of the living methods are cohabitation,the patient’s overall education is at a medium level,and the family income is at a medium level.Most of the medical payment methods are new rural cooperative medical system or medical insurance for urban residents,and most of the patients drink.Randomly divided into two groups,the baseline data of the experimental group and the control group were not statistically different(P>0.05).(2)Comparison of medication compliance of patients with liver cirrhosis before and after intervention.This data is skewed by test analysis,and the data are described by quartile intervals.The medication compliance score of the control group before continuous nursing intervention was 1.750(0.750,2.939),and the medication compliance score of the experimental group was The value was 2.250(0.500,4.500),the control group 3 months after discharge was 2.750(1.750,3.750),and the discharge after 6 months was 2.875(2.500,6.750),and the experimental group was discharged.The medication compliance score was 4.500(2.500,5.750)points in the last 3 months,and the score was 7.000(6.500,7.000)points after 6 months of discharge(3 months after the end of intervention).Compared with the control group,the medication compliance was improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the continued effect of medication compliance,the experimental group also gradually increased with the extension of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of quality of life in patients with liver cirrhosis before and after intervention.After the intervention(3 months after the intervention),the quality of life of the experimental group was higher than the control group in all dimensions of physiological function,physiological function,general health status,emotional function,mental health,and health changes,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of the continuous impact on the quality of life of patients with liver cirrhosis after intervention(3 months after the end of intervention),the dimensions of quality of life in the experimental group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Continuous care based on the WeChat platform can improve medication compliance of patients with liver cirrhosis.(2)Continuous care based on the WeChat platform can improve the quality of life of patients with liver cirrhosis.(3)Compared with traditional intervention,the effect of continuous nursing intervention based on Wechat platform is not significant in improving social function and mental health,which needs further research and discussion.
