| Objective:(1)Through the intervention of acceptance commitment therapy in patients with depression,to improve their psychological flexibility level,reduce their negative emotion level.(2)To explore a set of case intervention program that can improve the psychological flexibility of depression patients,and verify the program is effective and feasible in clinic.Methods: A case study method,8 times psychological counseling intervention for two depression patients,and use Acceptance and Action Questionnaire-2nd Edition(AAQ-Ⅱ)and Cognitive Fusion Questionnaire(CFQ-F)to assess the patient’s psychological flexibility level,with Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)to measure the patient’s level of negative emotions,the measurement results of before and after psychological intervention and 3 months after the end of intervention were compared.Results: Through psychological counseling intervention,2 patients with depression in the AAQ-Ⅱ,CFQ-F,SDS and SAS scores on the scale,the post-test is lower than the pre-test,after 3 months of tracking test is lower than pre-test and post-test.After psychological intervention,mental flexibility level of 2 patients with depression increased significantly,negative emotional level significantly decreased,3months after the intervention,mental flexibility level of 2 patients with depression improved,negative emotional level declined.Conclusion:(1)Acceptance and commitment therapy can reduce the degree of experiential avoidance and cognitive integration of depression patients and improve the psychological flexibility of patients with depression.(2)Acceptance commitment therapy can reduce the negative emotion level of patients with depression. |
