Observation Of The Clinical Efficacy Of Yao Medicine Moxibustion Therapy Combined With Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Renal Deficiency Type JinChuCao(Lumbar Disc Herniation)

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Yao Medicine Moxibustion Therapy combined with Acupuncture in the treatment of renal deficiency type JinChuCao(lumbar disc herniation),enrich the theoretical connotation of Yao medicine’s profit and loss differentiation,and provide clinical basis for the application of Yao Medicine Moxibustion Therapy in the treatment of renal deficiency type JinChuCao(lumbar disc herniation).Methods:60 patients with lumbar disc herniation who met the diagnostic criteria for renal deficiency were selected and divided into Yao medicine acupuncture group and Chinese medicine acupuncture group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The acupuncture group of Yao medicine adopts Yao Medicine Moxibustion Therapy combined with acupuncture,and the Acupuncture Group of Chinese medicine adopts the acupuncture method of traditional Chinese medicine.After 15 minutes of moxibustion,Yao Moxibustion Therapy uses paper wrapped to make concocted plant rhizomes and tap 2-3 times in the pain area.Chinese medicine moxibustion adopts a gentle moxibustion method to make local fever without burning pain.Acupuncture point selection:bilateral Shen Shu,Da Chang Shu,Wei Zhong,Da Zhong and the site of pain.Both groups were 1 course of treatment for 5 days,and the next course of treatment was carried out at 1 day interval,for a total of 3 courses.The patient’s clinical efficacy,lumbar JOA score,and VAS score were recorded before and after treatment began,and the patient’s efficacy was evaluated after treatment.The obtained data were statistically processed using the SPSS 13.0 statistical software package.Results:The general data of patients in the acupuncture group of Yao Medicine and the acupuncture group of Traditional Chinese medicine were statistically analyzed and the two groups were comparable(P>0.05).Before treatment,the JOA scores and VAS scores of the two groups were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),After treatment:The total effective rate of the Yao Medicine Acupuncture group was 93.3%(28/30),the total effective rate of TCM Acupuncture group was 86.7%(26/30).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the two groups was better than before treatment,and the clinical efficacy of the Acupuncture Group of Yao Medicine is better than the TCM Acupuncture group.The JOA score of the two group was higher than before treatment,and the VAS score was lower than before treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The JOA score of the Yao Medicine Acupuncture group was higher than the TCM Acupuncture group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score of the Yao Medicine Acupuncture group was lower than that of the TCM Acupuncture group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yao Medicine Moxibustion Therapy combined with acupuncture can effectively improve the degree of pain and lumbar dysfunction in patients with JinChuCao,and improve the quality of life of patients.It is worthy to be popularized in clinic.
